We have shopped here since opening. Nice medium sized grocery store conveniently located near many other shopping amenities. Great bakery! love the apple and cherry struedels and fresh Artisian breads for my sandwiches. The deli is huge with an excellent offering of meats, prepared dishes/meals to go ie roast chicken, Chinese food and sushi. Sobeys offers Airmiles and has a partnership with Shell where you can get up to 15 cents a litre off during promotion periods. A good corner location for those quick pickup a few things on the way home from work or travelling through the city. Thanks Sobeys!

Very polite greeters at the door explaining their protocols. Directional arrows clearly marked. Shelves are fairly well stocked every time I've been there. Cashiers are also polite and friendly. I enjoy shopping here as it is a smaller store and staff is very nice.

Hey, it's a grocery store. The staff is quite friendly though and do seem to go out of their way to help you out. Prices are fair. House brand products (Compliments) are fair. The hours are fantastic. It would be nice to have a 24 hour grocery store in Regina, but at least this one is open pretty late and they don't kick you out once the closing hour has arrived, so that's pretty good. I am not giving full stars though because sometimes the selection is pretty narrow ... kinda vanilla. Still, it's my go-to grocery for general grocery shopping. Great deli.

Not bad! They need to do a better job of putting out fruit that is of better quality and they really need to open more tills. Often you end up with long lines because they only have two tills open. But the staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and orderly.

Good place to go because it's quite, and they're sale prices are good. When I asked if they had sourdough bread, the baker said to wait 10 minutes. He came out with 2 loafs of fresh bread for me. I also saw him handing out cookies to little kids. To me, customer service like that is extremely important, and the main reason I will return.

No self checkout so you have to wait behind the person with a full cart when you only have 2-3 items, cashiers are rude and won’t open another till or even look at you when it’s lined up, place looks rundown and it’s no cheaper than the other stores nearby.

Another franchise in our city that worries more about their weekly profit rather than filling a supermarket with qualified staff. As a baker with over 17 years, i have applied many times with a couple of interviews there. Never given a job or chance than to shop there, constant empty shelves, never more than 1-2 in the bakery. What are you looking for other than cheap labor that doesnt even speak english. I guess your happy with a 12k per week bakery. Wont be shopping there ever again after a decade of support.

Just made a dish i have made many times with sobeys lean ground beef..the grease that i have tell me that this beef is not lean as marked..this is not the first bad experience i have had with ground beef from that store but at the time it was an IGA. I stayed away from that store for 3 years because of that experience..i can see why sobeys east is not as busy as it used to be.

Staff all seem too be a bit grumpy and not going too help much. The meat counter had one staff person. I ordered 2 cold cuts and had 3 people lined up behind me before I left. Glad I wasn't at the back of the line. Second time at this store, and it was the same last time, so it's not me.

We are regular shoppers at sobeys, always have good experience with it... staffs are nice, always got we looking for, we loved shopping with sobeys for past decade. But tonight is a nightmare for us treated by terrible attitudes from two staffs... here is the story: we doing our regular shopping at sobeys...refill the water, pick up foods.... while we walked down the refrigerator section with dairy products. We noticed there was a bag of cheese on the ground... so my husband picked up tried putting back on refrigerator shelf, while he found that cheese is moldy and with a broken bag. ( So that shouldn’t back on the shelf in case someone accidentally picked for their family) So we found a staff and tried to let her know that “we found a bad cheese on the floor, in case you didn’t notice” and the staff didn’t even look at my husband just saying “that’s why is on the floor”.( with indifferent voice) And she pointed to the floor ... felt like she’s asking my husband put back where he found it. By the time she didn’t even looked my husband and have no eye contact with my husband. We are not asking anyone to appreciate for what we tried to help. We just care about the store we love...the attitude of the staff hurt our feeling so bad.. it was very rude to doing things like that. For the entire time looked like my husband did something wrong and he shouldn’t worried about the cheese on the ground, he shouldn’t even care about if somebody pick up that bad cheese for their family the reactions from the staff was sending us a message that “it’s not your business at all and why you cared about it...I am the staff who working here we don’t need your help... When we checking out cashier she doesn’t want to work there ... she doesn’t want to have basic getting with us but we tried... to sad

My wife bought a marble slab celebration cake today and 230 pm and when we went to eat it for my birthday with family at 730 pm it was frozen! Most of our family didn’t eat it because it was frozen. It was 26.99 and not worth it. No where did it indicate it was frozen nor did a staff member tell us it was frozen… definitely disappointed

It says they close at 11pm. I need water so I get there by 10:56 and their staff already locked the outside door. I can see the cashiers inside in a circle just laughing and giggling. At least one of them apologized to me on his way out.

A bag of onions $7.99? Pricing is way way out to lunch. Wanted to buy a prime rib as advertised only 1 on the shelf ? More than I wanted pay. Yes, I know bringing in food items, is costly, but this is why I stopped shopping at IGA, because of the same pricing. I looked at only the savings from the flyer because everything else is high priced. So I went down the road to a smaller competitor and bought all the rest of my grocery list. I am tired of cherry picking having to go from store to store to get my groceries, Plus , please advise your cashiers about not putting tomatoes in with heavy crushable items. They have strict Covid protocols.

I usually have absolutely no problems here, but today was brutal. I went in to get some steaks and they didn’t have the amount I needed out, so I rang the bell for the butcher 3 times over 9 minutes, there were 2 people in the back but no one came. So I called the store and a lady said she would get someone to assist me, I heard her over the loud speaker, still no one came, then she came over to see if I was assisted, she got a man who couldn’t help, so she got the manager, I waited another 5 minutes, when he came he had to dress up and told me that would be 10 minutes, I said sure, and got my steaks after the 10 minutes. Went to pay and the teller assisting me made an error, which took another 20 minutes to figure out... I spent 55 minutes in this store for 5 steaks. I remained calm, but , oh brother!

Prices are high here. I went in for 2 things. The in and out went quickly. Building was clean and well kept. Not much ice outside the door but still some. Overall a good experience with the prices being high in comparison to others nearby. Diverse staff present hee. All that I interacted with were pleasant and friendly.
