I enjoy going to the coop for a quick grocery trip. It's not usually super busy or crowded, so it feels much more relaxing to be there. They have a great selection of items also. And they still pack your groceries too, which is great because I don't feel like I'm rushed to get everything packed before someone else gets rung through like at other big grocery chains.

Even with the renovation, are the prices on the groceries to offset the cost on the renovation? Still shelves are bare, No product and no prices, I used to do 90%of my shopping there now need to shop elsewhere, they don't take printed coupons other stores do? Don't ad match either? I want to shop at Co op But I can not afford the ridiculous prices, oh and for crying out loud can you please do something about the STACK OUTS BY THE DAIRY Fridges???can't get around struggle to access the dairy fridges squeezing thru & the best thing about Co op is the cashiers!

What is there to get a co-op gold band I like Unfortunately they were sold out one of the associates to see if the truck had arrived and came back a few minutes later I appreciated the extra step that she went through to make sure there were none available in the store. The Co-op Food Store is a great full service grocery store. They are in the middle of renovations but are still providing shelves full of grocery choices and personal service. We will review it again when the renovations are done.

It's a pretty good grocery store but I do find it a bit more expensive then loblaws. Altough since I have a coop membership I get all my gas from them and every time I buy tools from their hardware store. I get money back once a year using my membership. I have bought food from their grocery store a few times but I mostly use coop stores to buy gas and tools.

Just had a brain aneurysm trying to find everything I came there for. If I could, there wasn't a unit price posted just the "discount". Asked one of the staff for help and she gave me attitude instead. I later asked an older gentleman who thankfully was a lot of help and super nice! Definitely not a place to go if you need to be in and out of somewhere quickly, didn't get some of the things I needed because all of their berries were rotten.

I went there to do some freezer stocking for the week as I see meat sales typically in their fliers. They are currently doing construction, but have everything widely available for purchase during the phase. The meat selection was grand. They carry all kinds of cuts including lamb, which is hard to find unless one seeks a butcher. However, those were closed and their selection was vast and clean. Most of the employees I saw were cleaning and making sure all products were beautiful for sale on the shelf. The employees are also very friendly at the register. They bagged for me as well, which was nice and I had a great experience overall. Will definitely be freezer stocking there again.

Clearly I'm not the only person who has been treated rudely by customer service. The lady at the customer service desk was rude and snarky. I asked for a second box of rapid tests to bring to a coworker who has covid and she refused. The libraries and other Coops in the city have always accommodated people I know who have more than 5 people in their household by giving them two boxes so I didn't see what the big deal was? This needs to do a bit more training with their customer service obviously.

Only one complaint really, everything here is more expensive than many places. If you are a member you can get a portion of that back but I feel it's not worth it. The selection of produce was also lacking, however their staff is amazing and willing to help with any questions you may have.

I like this store and often go here to refill water jars and some minor groceries. One day I needed a water cap after refilling but they didn't have it, it was a different than usual cap but I bought water jar from the coop and they still have that type of water jars on display. So my question is, Do they sell jar without caps? And from where the customer get the cap for the jar? Had to buy the wrong caps for no use And staff were not seemed like concern about it. And when I asked to staff, she said, unfortunately, we only have this type of cap. If so, don't Keep your jars on display if you don't have caps.

My favorite grocery store by far I know the store by the back of my hand, it costs a little more but they are very helpful and a few of the cashiers know me by name they even helped me when I had a medical emergency and swiftly called an ambulance and afterwards I thanked all the staff who helped me, love the co op and I'm going there today to shop make my list according to the store layout so for me its fast and easy and you never have to wait in long lines....

Haven't been to the Co-op Marketplace on the east end of the city in a while. Except for the construction outside and the arrows and work on the inside, it's a very clean and well organized store. Only problem was trying to find what I needed! Might have to come to this store often so I can remember where things are. Staff very courteous and I don't want them to change anything. Keep up the good work everyone
