This was my first time at this place and will be my last. I was told by some friends and family to check out this place. I was told there is lots of gluten free and vegan options. Was very disappointed at the selection, wasn't much of a selection and the prices was way over price for the same things other grocery stores have for Less. A perfect world would be if a Body Fuel Organics could be in every centre, large or small in SK. I say this as I had to leave it behind when I moved away from Regina a year and a half ago. They embody everything that an innovative independent business that was built on the passion for what they do should. From frequent events and educational offerings in store supporting local entrepreneurs, to an incredible variety of the freshest produce that can’t be matched by the big box stores. Too often the organic produce bought at Costco, Save On Foods or other grocers appears fresh then days after you get it home it’s spoiling as it was obviously preserved for transport, affecting its freshness. Lana the CEO and face behind the name goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and to corner the organic market in Regina by doing all the things large grocers don’t. Juicing, fresh made lunches, her own line of delicious soups, Kombucha on tap, alkaline water and so much more. The plethora of locals that she also supports is second to none. One of our favs is Chef Malcom’s meat pies. I’ll admit we’ve made the 2 1/2 drive just to stock up on the things we can’t get in Saskatoon. I don’t know how she matches and often beats pricing of the box stores. I ♥️ this store and miss it every time I have to go grocery shopping.
