This is the grocery store nearest my home so I shop here often. It’s clean and the staff is friendly, not normally much of a wait in the lines. They also have some really good deals periodically, especially on meat. My only complaint is that they’re very hit and miss with some of the foods they carry, not consistent. I will often go in to pick up some fresh herbs and they only have the ones I want about 50% of the time. Just wish I could count on them carrying the same things consistently.

We have this grocery store a try because we needed some specific sugar free food. We are mask exempt and weren't sure how they'd accept our visit. However, we were happily welcomed without our masks and shopped as per usual. We found our specific items and then some! We don't love packing our own groceries, but we did have our own bags and Sinotts isn't as busy and hectic as the Superstore downtown. They also offer cash back without a fee which is nice!

Too many problems. I really, really want to like the place. All the employees are super nice as is the owner. Just seems like almost every time I go, there's a strange issue that I don't have anywhere else. I've spent thousands in there and get zero optimum points no matter what I buy; PC, Blue Menu, No Name, Brand name - doesn't matter - zero points. In fact, the entire Optimum program seems to have turned into a shell of what it used to be. Corporate treats you like a criminal for inquiring about missing points and makes poor decisions that drive customers like me away. I used to have an incentive to shop there but since they stopped giving optimum points I might as well just go to Co-op.

Normally the staff are wonderful and the organic and gluten-free options are somewhat decent. However the last time we went there, we forgot our bank card in the truck. We have been shopping here for the past 5 years and loved this store .Lately we gave been disappointed twice by the lack of service we had at the check out. The cashier does not bag our items and let s us do all the bagging. Even worse she does not wait until we are finished bagging and serves the next customer and pushed our stuff aside to make room for the next customer. We believe it is very rude and are considering going somewhere else for our groceries if the service does not improve.

Absolutely love this place ! They have the best cuts of steak and always have everything I need ! Plus the staff is so friendly and amazing ! The one lady behind the deli counter made me a wrap fresh because I didn't like some of the ingredients on the pre-made ones and the wrap was Absolutely delicious! I bought lunch for my family for 15 bucks! My favorite part is thw cupcakes at the bakery you can mix and match your own set of them and they are so delicious! Definitely reccomend this grocery store :)

We live in the area and have used since they open. I was not impressed that even though the aisles are mark which way to go, people go down them wrong way. When to the till, three lights on and one at till. I bagged my own grocers. The tiller did two more customers while I was bag mine. Not cool.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST GROCERY STORE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! The staff is INCREDIBLE! I was there last night and a man asked if I needed help finding anything while I was wandering the aisles. He then proceeded to help me find ABSOLUTELY everything on my list, making sure I had all that I needed - not to mention he was efficient and polite to, not only me but, his fellow employees too. Each staff member I encountered was fun, kind, super helpful, and made my night absolutely amazing. I never thought I'd say going to the grocery store was the best part of my day, but after my experience there I can say with full confidence that this is the best grocery EVER. Good prices and a nice selection of produce and dairy free/meat alternatives.
