Nice government shop with all your favorite hooches and wines. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They will inform of good deals and local offerings. Requesting a search of specific bottles is a breeze. They have special ordered and or located the good stuff provincially for me numerous times. The parking can be a bit of gong show, but is ample. Bourbon section needs more expansion :) . All in all it's the place to go for booze.

Large selection of alcohol as you would expect. Like any business running along Reid Street it can be difficult getting parking something you would expect in the city but not in a small town like Quesnel.

Why can you buy as may cases of beer you want but only bring 2 doz empties back.If I have 10 cases of empties I have to go there 5 times instead of one trip Exposing me to more risk of getting the virus ..???

I forgot my mask today and used the hood of my coat as a face covering. This wasn’t acceptable to this establishment. They made me reach my hand into a box of masks and use one of theirs. Extremely unsanitary. I asked if there were sanitized tongs to hand the masks out. The old man at till said no. There was a lady ahead of me at the till and the clerk sanitized HIS side of the till but not the consumer side. To me, this defeats the purpose of keeping the public safe during this pandemic. That old man needs some skills in sanitization. Very grossed out at my experience there today.
