HORRIBLE!!! Incredibly RUDE!!! I just called asking about getting flowers delivered for Mother's Day. The person who spoke to me was nothing short of DISGUSTING! She had a complete lack of professionalism, and has no concept of customer service. I will never give my business to this organization. I would like to give them a negative star rating but there does not seem to be the ability to do so in this review forum. Arlie's should be ASHAMED of themselves!

What a great experience to celebrate a special birthday with my sisters! Shopping in the quaint boutiques of Port Colborne. Birthday dinner and overnighter at Canalside Suites, facing the canal and lift bridge. Surprise Arlies wine and treats package complete with birthday balloons waiting for us in the room. Moonlight walk by the canal. What could be better! Congratulations to the new owners of Arlies, Ben and Lisa.....friendly, efficient, thoughtful and caring!

Sent my mom a bouquet for her birthday and Arlie's nailed it. The flowers we stunning and very fresh. 8 days later and the arrangement is still as beautiful as the day she recieved it. It was also arranged exactly as I hoped it to be. After my favourite florist closed I've been looking for my new go to place. So happy I found Arlie's. They will be my new florist for sure.

Need to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Arlies and it's owner, I called for a flower delivery for my friend in Port and wanted direct contact with the shop not some third party and they did not disappoint. The owner was abrupt but also very professional in her ways, she offered a different choice, saved me money and ABSOLUTELY NAILED it for my friend. Not only was the delivery a surprise but Arlies choose a greenery/bulb assortment that has continued to surprise her everyday for over a week. The gift that keeps on giving a smile to my friends face and nothing could be better! For those low star reviews during this pandemic please understand the plight of small business owners who rely on minimal income and have been squeezed shut. We are all under extreme stress and must be forgiven for not acting "Canadian" every single day.

Called twice to get an arrangement for a funeral and both times dealt with a lady who should absolutely not be in customer service. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I inquired about adding to the arrangement and was brushed off (I don't even think the request was written down). While the arrangement was fine, I will think again before using Arlie's again after having to deal with the incredibly rude woman who should not be dealing with customers.

New to Port Colborne, went in the shop to support local business and place an order of flowers for international delivery; incredibly unfriendly reception because I inadvertently stepped into their preparation area. (Well, LOL, it did say "Fresh Flowers" above the entrance, and I assumed it was the florist nook of the store.) Suffice to say, called my old florist back in Toronto, and had a great experience ordering from them. These Port folks aren't the only game in town, literally ....

Was trying to find a gift basket for a friend who was retiring. After several hours calling different places was able to find exactly what I was looking for at Arlies. I didn't want just a flower bouquet. I called Arlies and even though they were booked solid they squeezed me in. Thank you so much!!!

Very disappointed. Due to covid they cannot get certain flowers. Ok but the web pic of bouquet I ordered was not like the one delivered. It was also very late. Not very professional business if cant handle. Multiple orders in a day. Lost my future business.

I am surprised to see that in looking on line for arrangements that they are all in some sort of vase, basket, or container. I had no idea the "deal of the day" that I ordered would NOT come in a container. They were cut flowers only. My Mom is 91 years old and this order was very awkward for her to put in vases. I don't understand this but I would recommend for future customers to ask if your order comes in a container. I am disappointed for this misunderstanding whether on my part or Arlie's. ???
