I find that it's alot more expensive than going to sobeys or the superstore. More sales at the other stores. Will only shop here if I just need to grab 1 or 2 things that I have run out of.

Decent little local grocery store, they don't have a huge selection or the best sales but it's ok for not having to go all the way to town if you need something quick.

Food and always have a great deal on. Staff are great. Check your local flyers for sells.free parking. Easy in and easy out. Next to food and is the great Canadian dollar store. Pick up party favors, if you want a Canadian flag or Nova Scotia flag this is the place to get it. Once you are done here, take a visit to the NSLC in the same strip. Has everything you need in one spot.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it ! You can find about 80% of the stuff you want from this place. Otherwise you go to Sobeys on Prince or Robie. They could probably reorganize some shelves and rework items stored around and put maybe 10 to 40 items you have to go grab somewhere else. Not often but have run into that situation a couple times

Shopping at Foodland in Bible Hill was the most amazing experience. Aisle after aisle of delicious foods that tempted me to bring them home so they could delight my taste buds and expand my soul. The only unfortunate part of my journey within the store's walls was that I couldn't bring all the food home with me. Other than that I recommend this beautiful store as an excellent place to shop for your groceries.

Reasonable prices on most food products sold here. The small bakery turns out fresh bread, rolls and pastries all for sale at reasonable prices. A small area is provided for a good assortment of fruits and vegetables. Isles are clean and unobstructed and easily manouvered. For a small grocery store they tend to pack a good variety of eventing to fill your fridge, pantry or freezer.

I go here for last minute or I am in a hurry. Selection is limited and the place is owned by Sobeys. I find the place one most expensive places to shop in. Sobeys in general is expensive to me. I only pick and choose in this store.

For a small Foodland, they are mighty, keep to covid regulations quite well and staff are quick to help. The only thing I could complain about is about how often I'll buy vegetables and come home to find some of it had already gone bad. Quality checks need to be done more frequently, or, more thoroughly.

I have shopped here for 20 years and the last few years I find a big downslide in the quality of meats and produce, the store isn't stocked as well, but most of the staff are very friendly. I have switched most of my grocery needs to another grocery retailer and mostly treat foodland as a corner store more than a grocery retailer. It's sad really when the area is building up.
