Has great fruit and veggies, though the meat department isnt managed properly and the meat is not reduced nor taken off shelf on expiry dates. Same with the dairy you really have to watch the dates on any product bought.

This one of the better No Frills I 've been to. Good produce, nice meat selection and the rest of the store is fine. But to give it a 5, no unless a couple of the cashiers understand that you chose a customer service job so put a smile on your face and talk pleasantly to the customers.

The staff are great and friendly . However this morning there was mouldy cheese on the shelf and also produce store labels stating the country of origin that was incorrect, ie from Canada or Mexico , but the actual produce stated USA . Is this so we do not realise it is from the States? A staff in the produce section said" we have no choice" about where the produce comes from. I think we do.

This is the absolute most disgusting grocery store I've ever been to. So so dirty. If this is what it looks like during a pandemic I cant even imagine how repulsive it is usually. Looks as if it's never been cleaned. I hope its shut down by health and safety. Will be reporting it to them.

Regular sized no frills in Picton serving both the locals and cottagers. Wide aisles and well stocked, it's a good stopover for supply fill ups. Like the fact that while it is a chain store, they still serve local produce of excellent quality.

Always seem to find what we want at this location and then some. It seems to have much better prices than in the big city. There isn't quite the selection in the produce section or as widespread cuisine options but that is understandable for a smaller town. Service was decent enough.

It's a No Frills grocery store, what can I say. The store is clean and the produce fresh. It's probably got the best prices in the county. Just remember to bring a quarter with you if you expect to buy more than a basket full of stuff or you won't be able to get a cart.

Horrible organization and cleanliness. Processes create ridiculous lines and people bunching up in lines all touching the same handles. Management could use some psychology and sociology experience if they're trying to take a flu 'pandemic' seriously. Belleville has more people, less precautions but doesnt create more issues.

I gave a three star because of the produce department. I need to buy organic and all I see is brown wilted vegetables or nothing at all in the organic areas. Hopefully that will change with 2 other grocery stores in the area it should be better.

Feel sorry for what the staff has to put up with. One day was going in and the poor boy out front asked the customer in front of me if she had Covid symptoms and she turned on him asking if he was a doctor. The boy said just doing his job. Didn't hear what she angrily answered him back with. If your not in a good mood don't go shopping. Those people don't have to put up with your ugly temper or life

The only thing I am unhappy about is that I can only acrue points on my optimum card if I buy the stuff you want me to buy, not what I need. So I do not do a large shopping there because it doesn't matter how much money I spent, I don't get any recognition for it. No points! No business!

This used to be a great store. I guess staff have got tired since the summer rush; you need to give them morale again cause they are all miserable. Cashiers can barely mumble out a hello at the moment, let alone remember that I brought bags, yet still asked 3 times if I needed any. Shelves are half empty. Meat dept is mediocre. Buck thing up cause us locals still want to shop here :)

From the point of view of safety for both customers and staff Andrew & Emily's No Frills is an EXCELLENT. Door checks asking about symptoms, counting numbers in and out. Carts cleaned. Screens between cashiers. Most importantly marked line up area where the 2M distance is easy to maintain. Lights on each of the cashiers to guide shoppers to check out. This is the safest grocery store to shop in Picton. Kudos to Andrew and Emily and to all of the staff. We very much appreciate the way you have all worked on making this a safe place to shop.

Best place to shop for groceries in Picton budget-wise. Their brand-name products are the cheapest. Their apples tend to be bruised in my experience, and they sometimes leave nearly-expired produce like spinach on the shelves. They also don't sell seafood. I go to the Sobeys in town for fresh seafood and fruit/vegetables, then here for dry foods, frozen foods, dairy, sauces etc.

Amazing Pharmacy staff! They are the epitome of kindness and compassion. Cashiers proved to be spiteful gossips with no sensitivity for the disabled! Referred to my Service dog as just a dog. They were very efficient at making this disabled person feel small, insignificant and pathetic!

Terrific No Frills Grocery store in Picton. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They helped us look for some items. The store is clean and tidy inside and out. The shelves are well stocked with instore specials displayed nicely. There is ample parking and a wooded area for your pets comfort. A must stop when passing through

I dont shop there very often this passed year as i am always very disappointed with fresh produce. When i pick up fruits and vegetables and find alot of them going rotten and no reduction in price it turns me off buying anything. I dont understand why it is not off the shelf and put on the reduced table. This happened over and over again so i have stopped shopping in this store only when i am disperate for certain items. Sorry that i have been disappointed so many times.

No Frills has people from the Salvation Army asking for donations. This ‘organization’ is notoriously anti LGTBQ+. They actively campaign against human rights in Canada. It is beyond disappointing that no frills would support this violation.
