LOVE this store!! Authentic handmade Canadian products. Beautiful products, and my god the FUR????????????????. Moccasin selection is superb, with so many indoor and outdoor to choose from!!! Well that was annoying I went to get moccasins and the lady was really rude about my three year old wearing a mask and I said she legally doesn't have to wear one and she couldn't refuse to let us in without one and the lady was very unpleasant about it and made me make my three year old wear one. Her mask kept falling off her face and the lady was like I need you to keep her mask on so I said she was three and its impossible to keep a mask on her. If I choose not to make my three year old keep a mask on its my choice not the employees. The law is, anyone over the age of five needs to wear a mask in a public indoor space. Very unhappy.

Stopped for lunch nearby this store on Aug 31 on way home to Windsor. We browsed but didn't buy anything this time but loved the store and appreciated the owner's efforts to adhere to COVID protocols even if it ticks off customers.

We had a truly wonderful time shopping in the store today. The ladies were incredibly helpful and had extensive knowledge of each item. Give yourself awhile to look around the store because it’s full of incredible finds in ever nook! A must visit when in Parry Sound

Worst treatment from a store ever. I walked in and was taken to the hide moccasins as I asked for. I wanted to browse but the owner was abrupt with the options for me. She assumed I was looking for myself only. My fiancée walked in and said he was with me. She escorted him to me and stayed there as we created each other. There were iron coat hooked bunch on the floor along other boxes. She asked to love our feet like it was our fault she wasn’t organized. Still staring at us, I looked at the wall displays and picked up a birch canoe 6inches long. She yelled at me to put it down, it’s not for sale yet as it’s not not inventory yet. I walked with him to the front and picked up a large sage candle. She said it’s the only one in sage, no other size. I didn’t know she followed me. She grabbed the candle and put it back on the stack. Confused and strangely treated, we left. All I can say is there is an authentic selection of moccasins but I’m not prepared to give her my money

Products looked nice and would have loved to explore more. However was very disappointed by the treatment as soon as I came in the store. Did not feel welcome at all and the lady did not have any customer service skills when inquiring. This made me uncomfortable and want to leave store. I would love to shop when someone kind and helpful is working, and I hope this woman will improve or consider to hire others who want to work and help customers.

I love visiting this place every summer. It's been around since I was a kid and we bought pieces of soapstone for me to carve at the cottage. I love how they support native artists and artisans. I buy my moccasins there. This is a great place to take visitors to Canada.

I ordered moccasins for a Christmas gift, unfortunately wrong size and when looking in box there was no prepaid label for return. I called and was told it was my cost to ship back even though I paid to have them shipped to me, this cost me almost $20 regular mail and have to wait 3 days until they receive and then they send me new pair which takes another 2 days for the to ship expresspost. This will not be in time for Christmas. I was also told if I wanted them shipped today, I could pay again and when they receive my return they would reimburse me. I cannot afford to pay for his company to operate and shouldn't have to. I can say that it will be my last purchase here, I could've gotten these anywhere at same price, not made by this particular company but same quality. I was told by this company they put these costs on the consumer to keep prices at lowest but not true, as I said I've seen same quality at same price, no shipping costs and easier return or exchange as well. I was attempting to support a small business because I also am one but not againi wish I had've read the reviews first as I'm not the only unsatisfied customer, doesn't even deserve one star for sure!
