We own a family cottage up in Muskoka. We went up for the weekend. My grandfather needed prescription medication (long story, which is irrelevant to this review). When we looked up nearest pharmacies to our location, this Rexall location was the closest. The hours set by the owner, on Google, said 9am to 9pm; 7 days a week. Since it would take more than an hour to get to this location, and it was cutting it close to the posted closing hours, we decided to head there. Upon arrival, the Rexall was shut down completely. No sign on the building, but still posted as open online. Our doctor who prescribed the medication was already closed so we were unable to get the prescription sent to the nearby Shoppers. How wonderful that it is still posted as open 9am to 9pm everyday when its not!!! Thank you for the time and money wasted (car fuel and boat fuel) to get to this location - that is closed! Don't get me started on how my grandfather doesn't have his meds...
