Always good and friendly service. They offer fresh fruits, veggies, dairy, bakery, frozen foods, deli and the meat is amazing. You choose when you want your order delivered. They always email me to give me an approximate time of delivery. Ottawa's Grocer gives great weekly sales to their customers. I have also become a Premium Member and get unlimited deliveries right to my door for only $4.99 per month. They are a family run business and I am so proud to be part of it. Love this local grocer! At the time when we were looking for fresh produce curbside, Kaladar Market (now Ottawa's Grocer) leaped in to fill a gap. They transformed overnight to have a website, online shopping, delivery & curbside pickup! Their produce is always top notch and we're so glad to have discovered them.

I place an order ever 2 weeks and wish I found out about this place sooner.. its great! Mostly I buy the produce. Today's order included 2 large stalks of broccoli and for 2.99 I had only expected one. The celery I received was also much larger than typically sold at grocery stores. Always really fresh and the quantities are often way more than you think (1lb of tomatoes is 4 tomatoes?). Delivery is always right on time to the date and time window you selected, usually with only 1 or 2 days in advance unlike the Big Box pickup or delivery windows which are like 10 days later. Good prices and easy to navigate website!
