I enjoy the convenience of this stores location, however the parking lot is kind of a nightmare. I suppose it's to be expected when there is a very popular Tim Hortons in the same lot but I always feel like the most stressful part of the trip to this store is getting in and our of a parking spot. When it comes to the actual shopping experience, FreshCo is lovely! I enjoy how they always have ample chopping carts parked outside for customer use (no coins required), but there are also baskets stacked when you enter to door incase you don't need a whole cart. The opening section is produce, always a lovely setup to start a shopping trip, but their product quality could use some more attention in this area as I found looking for a usable Spanish onion to be somewhat of a challenge. Then there's the bread, meats, and part of the frozen food section that is still more of am open concept layout, which I really enjoy compared to the more crowded aisles. They do have arrows on the floor to direct traffic flow for covid reasons. They stores is generally very clean and has good selection, unlike its predecessor Price Choppers. I enjoy most everything about my experiences in this Freshco expect the checkout. Recently they've gone through multiple changes in bag selection offered. They stopped offering plastic bags which I understand for the environmental movement, but then they offered paper bags to replace. Now, they don't offer any cheap baggage option, you either pay a dollar for the large reusable bag or you carry all your groceries and if you need more than one then you could end up paying more for bags than tax. Just be sure to bring your own bags if you're going to be doing any sizeable grocery shopping here, but all-in-all, it offers a pleasant, hygienic, experience.

I like this FreshCo, the cashier's are very friendly, they are mostly on the older side but lively. It's a regular FreshCo, nothing different than any other but the customer service is better than others I have noticed. PS not alot of Desi options though

not a bad place...better selection than no frills but still end up driving around town collecting things from other grocery stores so all that money saved goes back into the gas tank...The perishables are usually in a sad state..just in the last month, the crates of mandarins were all extremely moldy...but anything else that comes packaged or in cans/bottles are perfectly fine and well priced...will continue to go there

I have shopped there 4 times since I moved to oshawa. Every single time food has either been moldy or rotten when I got it home and checked it out further, or has gone bad within a few days. I made the mistake of buying some yogurt last Wednesday, went to have it with my breakfast to find it expired 3 days ago. I should have gotten the message by the first time but I assumed it was a 1 off thing. Wasted at least 200 dollars on food that just had to be thrown out over the last few months.

I don't normally review grocery stores but today is an exception. Went there to pick up the several cases of pop as it was the last day of the flyer sale. The aisles were near empty but the stock guy (who looked like Adam Driver from Girls, but cuter) we asked for help, was above and beyond accommodating. Not only did he point us the the direction where more cases were, but offered to pull cases of Nestea from the back. PS, this is 20 mins before closing. On top of that, the lovely lady at the cash register was super friendly and offered to price match an item I wasn't aware I could. Not that it matters but it's my bday today, and getting amazing service like that on ANY given day is a treat in itself.

This store always seems to be well kept for cleanliness. Staff have been friendly and shelves are well stocked. I've only ran into a problem a handful of times of sale items not in stock. Plenty of parking but since they changed to no deposit shopping carts I found them all over the place, I have not seen a regular worker outside sanitizing them.

Just left there and there was a crazy old gal crushing bags of chips with both hands and putting it back in the shelf. Reminded me of the people that lick ice cream on instagram. She then noticed me looking at the chips and told me I was 'already fat enough' I called the store manager upon exiting the store. He was great. I visited Freshco at Wilson and King last night,1/7/21 and was so impressed. I avoid Freshco because of my experience at another one but this one was convenient and I was in a hurry to get home. Right from the door opening I could tell this one was different. It was clean, well stocked, clean, smelled good, clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, and did I say clean!!. Produce looked great and it was evident the management and employees took pride in their store. One of the cashiers was even doing a little dance to the nice music. What a nice experience I had. thank you to Fresco at Wilson and King, Oshawa ON.

I shop at the store for most things. Only one frustration greens that require spray misting to prevent wilt. Most times I shop for greens it's more hit and miss and I don't always buy,once in a while I do. Kale usually,parsley's a lost cause then it's Eglinton and Warden Walmart for parsley. Same parking lot has a Dollarama and a Tim Hortons.

I went to do my grocery shopping on April 12/19 around 7:30pm. My cart was stuffed full and when I got to the check out I was the only person in line. The cashier rang me through, and another cashier who was waiting for clients on the express-line came over and started bagging my groceries for me. I wanted to thanks Carol-lynn for helping me. I have gone to this store many times to do my shopping and this is the second time Carol-lynn has helped me when she didn't have customers to serve. No other cashiers have ever done that for me in the last year that I started shopping there. I hope the management reads this review and praises her for her excellent customer service skills.

Cash office manager is a real B!tc# (kristine). Brings down employees in front of customers to make them feel bad and shame them, resulting in poor work ethic when this happens. Besides that, the shelves are usually stocked and the produce is usually always full and fresh.

One in town I like to stop at this Fresco as it is my go-to store it is very popular and I'm a very busy part of the East End of Oshawa but again the store is very clean very bright very well taken care of it seems like the Isles are extra large so you can manoeuvre around in the store the staff are very helpful and we'll take the time to go with you to show you where items are the cashiers are very friendly courteous and they even help you bag your groceries

My wife was verbally assaulted by anti masker STAFF here. I wont detail the entire event but they voiced strong opinions that they do not take the pandemic seriously at all. With that in mind I'd recommend staying away from this location. The staff clearly do not take safety seriously and as such I would doubt they are sanitizing or practicing safety at all. Avoid this location for your own safety.

I have a few reasons why I shop here. 1- it’s Canadian owned. 2- it’s near by. 3- a large number of the workers are very friendly. Some of the young cashiers, need to learn work etiquette. Like not to chew gum when working one on one with customers. Also have some energy, when I see the younger ones leaning, looking like this is the last place they want to be at. 4- I get what I need here, I don’t have to run from store to store.
