I must say, I was not impressed with this location THIS YEAR. Employee flower racks everywhere blocking traffic flow throughout the store. Quality was very much lacking and the product selection was a bust as well. Hopefully things will improve as the season progresses.

Shop local. Scott's will take the time to get you your flower and landscaping needs. They've been in the area for years so know the land and climate well - unlike big box. Highly recommended and suggested for outdoor beautification. From a hanging basket to your entire backyard, Scott's Garden Centre has it all, as best of all, is a local company.

I called Scott's on February 22nd 2021 to order a flower arrangement, hoping it possible to have it delivered to someone that day (last minute order on my part). The two ladies I spoke with were very friendly, and assured me they would take good care of it for me. Let me tell you... they sure did! Later that day it was delivered! The flower recipient sent me pictures of the bouquet and they were absolutely beautiful! So well done and exceeded my expectations, especially since I had called and ordered so last minute. Well done! Thanks so much!

Several weeks ago when visiting this venue, the staff advised that they didn't have blueberry bushes and to come back in a week or two. When m'lady and I walked around, we found several blueberry bushes. Aside from that experience, I like the selection that they have, and staff overall has been friendly to my family and I.

I consider them the best local nursery. They're also basically open 11 months out of the year which is amazing for a greenhouse business. Friendly staff and fair prices on starter plants and planters. Really love coming here to learn, browse, and buy. Why buy from temporary greenhouses in Canadian tire or Walmart when you could support a fantastic local business like this! Love love love.

Do not honour their warranty policies, in turn, their credibility is mud in my experience. I will never give them my hard earned money again and will go to Egos our prices corner or Bradford Greenhouses in Barrie. Both have a good reputation for customer service AFTER the sale.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for our anniversary a little while ago on November 29th. He asked for roses and lily's which I didn't know until I sent pictures of the flowers to him. Only to find out that he spent $185 and the flowers I received were definitely nowhere near that amount of money. I was told by my boyfriends mother that it was more like a $50 arrangement. I wish I could Give zero stars as that is not right at all. When someone spends that kind of money and asks for what they want, that's what should happen. The arrangement had lily's and roses in it, so it could have totally been done how he asked it to be done. Instead it was mostly carnations. Super disappointed with the service we got.

Bought a 75 foot roll of Cedar for my stairs to decorate the outside and it was $44 got home and started to unroll it and its garbage. So thin I would have to double wrap my stairs, so thin you can see the white twine holding it together and its literally falling apart. Called to see about getting a refund and they said no, exchange only. Why would I want to chance getting another. I buy a roll of Cedar every year (not from here though) thought i would try to help a small business but never again. Metro had nicer ones last year and they are a grocery store. I'll make the drive down to Lindsay to Garry's Garden gallery where its worth what you pay for.

Last month I was in need of 75 roses in 3 specific colors. I don't live locally, but I was planning a memorial for someone in the area.i contacted 3 floral shops in the area for quotes. Scott's had amazing customer service was the best price by far. Even being 3 hours away I was easily able to place my order. I got a call when the order arrived and had no issues sending someone else to grab them. All of the flowers were very fresh looking. Very happy with my order. Will definitely use them again if I'm in the area.

Very poor customer service. I was looking to purchase multiple bouquets of flowers and seemed to just be an inconvenience to the florist. She did not even want to acknowledge or talk to me. It was my first time visiting this garden centre and I will certainly never return. Very unfortunate experience. I suggest visiting the lovely people at Ego’s in Oro-Medonte instead as they care about their customers!

Great Scott's Its the people who make the business..and a big shout out to Kim at the Brechin store on Hwy 12 Showed up..store closed..yet she opened and answered all our questions From Clematis...to Hydrangea.. where to snip..and how far to cut... she could not have been nicer Thank you Kim. We didnt buy anything..but left with a renewed faith in people and customer service

Great Selection of plants friendly staff when I shop there. I hired the Landscaping team to install a driveway, gardens and I love what they did with my yard. The Staff worked so hard and the finished product turned out amazing. Alex was really great to deal with and the foreman Riley was a great worker and really took pride in the job. All the other staff on the project were such hard workers as well. Money well spent

The staff are very knowledgeable and I buy all my plants and flowers from them. Just had issues with a couple of items that we bought from them and they were helpful to tell me why they died and gave me a credit for the purchase from a purchase that was from a year ago. Totally satisfied with the service and would like to recommend them to anyone interested in buying or just getting advice.

Great plant selection, both indoor and out, however everything I've purchased here is infested with spider mites and thrips. Look over your plants carefully or you'll just be disappointed.
