Nothing beats Saturday mornings at the Orillia farmers market centrally located in the heart of Downtown Orillia. With fresh produce, baked goods, artisan items and much more, you’ll be sure to leave with something good!! ???????????? I love stopping by the Italian Deli section to snack on some spicy pepperettes. I am looking forward to the special Holiday Markets coming up in December!

Fun vendors! First time I was there, and even though I was close to 'go home time' everything was still set up and people were friendly and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed or like I needed to get out so they could home.

Many of the vendors may be farmers, but not selling their own produce. High prices for food terminal quality... and rarely bulk quantity deals. Good variety of Arts and Crafts products. Great hot BBQ from local butcher, and nice variety of foodie fare.

Was expecting a much larger farmers market after reading the reviews. It's small and quaint. Had 2-3 vendors selling fruits and veggies, 2 maple syrup stalls, 2 ladies selling hand made wool wear, a butcher, a BBQ station, and a couple of families selling baked goods. Was a nice visit but definitely not as large as portrayed online

The Orillia Ontario Farmers’ Market, started in 1842, is one of the longest running farmers’ markets in the province. The Market offers a large range of locally produced foods, handmade crafts, and more each Saturday from 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM. Would suggest to arrive earlier if possible, as the seller’s may start beginning to pack up starting noon.

One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday. Produce is fresh....there are jams...pies and a variety of goods.....this is a small market....but well worth the trip...prices are very reasonable...
