I'm updating my review below (it was four stars). I have only once had a problem ordering online from National Nutrition. There are some great deals on protein powders, vitamins, protein bars, other natural health items, and natural skin care items like oils. Dealing with this company online is like going to a small local store where you know the salespeople and owner and are treated like a friend. The owner, Darren, took care of my order once when I had a problem and since then I have never had a problem. I was pleasantly surprised today when opening my latest order to find that the owner Darren had personally reviewed my order. This company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and well taken care of. I will be buying from them for years to come. Old review: After I posted my review, the owner of National Nutrition contacted me and apologized for what had happened with my order. He said that he would make it right and without even waiting for my response sent me the protein powder that I had been trying to order free of charge. He also sent the bonuses that were supposed to come with it and two lovely mugs. He did not ask me to alter my Google Maps review, but given his lightning-fast response, his apologies over what had gone wrong, his assurance that he would look into what had gone wrong, and how hard he tried to restore my faith in the company, I will certainly be placing another order with National Nutrition. I hope that I will not have future problems with this company.

Although the company has amazing products at amazing prices, the website and ordering process is a pain. If you don't do it in one shot, it logs you out, you lose the cart items, it gives you a "runtime error" message and you have to start all over again. I just lost a cart of items worth $159 and now I have to start the whole process again. And it happened to me before. So frustrating. One can't decide in a matter of minutes about all the items to buy and the fact that the website doesn't work properly might make me decide to buy the products from another online supplier. Please advise your IT staff about this, otherwise you will start losing clients, myself included.

This is the best On-Line Service , I've experienced to date. All the staff I've spoken to are so very accommodating and cheerful. Certainly cannot complain about the price, either. The only sticky point is using Canada Post for deliveries. It is much harder to track my shipment through them. I've noted much better service with other carriers. Ordered over a dozen times from them. They seem to ship same day because the order arrives only in a couple of days every time. Everything is always clean and well packaged. Nothing ever came in missing or leaking or damaged. These folks are serious pros. Nothing is left to chance. I also like their very reasonable shipping rates which are absent on many similar sites. It's only $6 to ship and if you buy over $79 your shipping is free. Most sites want a minimum order double that size for free shipping. They also have some decent specials from time to time and generally their prices are extremely competitive. I think only on one occasion I found a price for one of the products I buy regularly on a different site just a hint cheaper.
