Their version of pre order is Not like click and collect. You have to still go in the store and go through the checkouts as well as all orders are placed in a cupboard together. At other places they are brought out to your car (and I believe the fee is the same at both stores just one brings it too your car and the other makes you go in the store and put yourself at risk.

In this store, there are a lot of very good deals and the prices of the items are pretty good. They have a good meat selection and good seafood. The staff that work there are all very nice all the time and make my shopping trip excellent. The eggs are just exquisite and are perfectly packaged in sets of 12. They have a fine selection of many everyday condiments including ketchup, mustard and relish. As well as many flavours of pickles from dill to sweet. They also sell a wide variety of toilet paper. This is just my opinion but trust me in saying that this place is superb. ????

I do like shopping here and the prices are decent. Their meat section could use some improvement but what really bothers me is their clear lax attitude on Covid prevention measures. Gone are the arrows on the rows. Nobody sanitizes the carts (you can if you want to use the wipes made available).

My favorite grocery store. The prices can't be beat here, everything is priced very well. The produce quality and meat quality is fantastic. Understanding that this is not a high end grocery store with every option imaginable they do pretty good and don't limit too many frills. When you factor in price quality and selection they are the best grocery store in this town. Not to mention, how friendly and helpful the staff is too.

Have to say not very impressed with the quality of some of the produce..I purchased 4 containers of strawberries on sunday nov 18..they looked perfect and i always make sure to get ones that are not overly ripe.. Id used 1 on monday but by wed 2 containers were a leaking mushy mess..the last one i have ive had to pick thru..total waste of money! I called No Frills head office..buyer beware on produce..you have 24 hours to return with a receipt other wise your out of luck Great customer service.. Needless to say i will be buying frozen from now on..and not thru No Frills

Has all your very basic food. I like that they sell imperfect food for a much better price. It is not always available though. Staff is usually quite helpful, but some moody cashier's are better avoided, if you want to come out with your dignity intact. The prices are always fair and I never feel ripped off by an article's price. However, if you are looking for something more than basic and for variety, you may have to also visit other places, e.g. they only have one sort of decaf, whole bean coffee. But I also have to say, that that one is quite good. Organic food is lacking and confusing to find. I would like to see it all together in one corner of the store. Their buggies are sometimes a pain to deal with. Be prepated for a long way to walk to get it to s place, where you can get your quarter back. In bad weather this is sometimes not an option. Since carts do not always match up, you may be hard pressed to get your buggy, or your quarter back. It's still the best budget store in town.

First time there this year. Was out of everything. Store was very well organized with the new covid 19 cleaning procedures. A man at the door to ensure everyone wore a mask. Everyone was wearing them anyways. Brought my cart back to the man at the door after loading my groceries into the truck and he sanitized it for the next person right away. I always stress about grocery shopping although today was a wonderful trip out. Will come again, of course.

This store is big, clean and well laid out. Their meat, dairy, and baked goods are always fresh. This store also has some of the best pricing I've seen, especially when they have their frequent sales. Their product selection is decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I don't know what's going on with their bag situation. Whether they think people are stealing bags or just don't want to sell them but you have to ask for them even in self checkout and it's like pulling teeth. I probably sound like a crazy customer. I honestly just want to know which one it is so that I can either make it very clear I want bags, or stop requesting bags all together. At self checkout I often make my purchase and enter the number of bags I want, even though nobody is available to give them to me, then try to find someone to give me bags and I'm honestly not sure if they just think I'm in there to steal five cent bags or something.

For a basic grocery store this location has a tremendous amount of product. Great prices and quality produce (even organic) . You will not find a hot/cold meat counter or specialty groceries, but I am able to purchase 90% of my regular weekly grocery shopping for my family of 5.

For a No Frills franchise this is certainly one of there better ones I have attended in Central Ontario. They do a great job of stocking sale items so you can the things you want from the flyer. Store is clean and the majority of the staff are friendly. Prices are what the attraction to the store is about. Regular stop for groceries weekly.

The lighting was horrendous, especially at the back of the store. The produce and shelves looked empty but messy and the "fresh" products looked unappealing. Grocery and staff looked unprofessional in their uniforms (wrinkled clothing, underwear showing when bending over). Cashier was the only friendly staff member I encountered when I was on my way out with only a can of tomatoes. Rest of my list was bought at a different grocery store.

Very disappointed that this store does not offer rainchecks. Drove all the way from Ramara today to get laundry detergent and it was not available. I was told that there is no raincheck policy. I also shop at Food Basics and they offer rainchecks and if the product is not available they offer an additional 10% off. Now Food Basics knows how to give customer service.

I normally love Jason's No Frills, good prices & quality. I had an experience with the manager. The vacuum packed ribs I recently bought were bad, so I tried returned them. The manager wouldnt take them said they don't take back meat. He was so beligerent, he didn't even ask to look at the receipt or the best before date on the package. This has ruined my love of shopping there.

This is a great store....the owner, if you have a issue is always willing to listen and try and correct the problem...I have walking issues and the motorized cart is a must for me now and find the staff where you pick it up are always helpful and polite...they will bag my groceries and take them to the car which is much appreciated. This store meets my needs with regard to what it carries and the prices are excellent.

They were out of a lot of the items that I wanted. I was extremely disappointed that they are not sanitizing the handles on the shopping carts now! I watched the guy collect the carts and didn't sanitize the handles. They should still be sanitizing the handles! It was great that I was able to go through the cashier quickly.

The staff at store during this They wre still critical time was great! I give the stars to them. There were no sanitizing wipes and no sign of snyone cleaning or wiping down carts.They were still charging for bags as well. I had my own. Also no limitations on certain items.I won't be going back until the crisis is over. As I am a senior I will be going to Zhers where I can shop early and the carts are sanitized.

I have been here so many times when the specials were sold out. Tonight (Tues) I made a special trip to no frills. The best thing I have to say about the experience is it wasn't crowded. I know it's Tuesday but is that a reason tohave so many empty shelves ? Very few of the specials were available. If you're not going to stock the shelves say the flyers will end Sunday or Monday. Even items that were not specials were not there. It looked like a store going out of business... not one I want to drive out of my way to go to. I guess the regulars know better than to shop on a Tuesday Very disappointed. Won't be back. Ps the on line survey sucks

This store is often down to 2-3 checkouts being open. I take my 92 year old father there to pick up a few items, yet sometimes, there are two checkouts open, neither of them express.

If you don't have a quarter for a cart you're out of luck. No handbaskets either. I found a cardboard box on the floor by the eggs that i put my 8 items in. I then went to the 1-12 item check out where I waited for her to ring in a guys weeks worth of groceries. Think I'll stick to stores that don't charge for carts and bags!!

I just came from shopping here and was disappointed with the self distancing layout. They should have all the aisles one way instead of just 2. It was difficult to be 3 feet from people. I was not comfortable and did not feel 'safe'. They did have plenty of product at good prices but I will hesitate about shopping there again until they can make suitable changes.

There is not enough room at self checkout to put stuff. They hide the bags! There are no bags at self checkout. If there is no one around, then I can't get a bag! This happens often. They are very controlling with the bags! What is the world comming to?! Bags should be included!

Went in to pick up a few things. Right from the start I noticed how clean the store was. It was bright and clean. Vegetables were well stocked. As we went through the store we noticed that the staff and store manager truly take pride in the stores appearance. We encountered 2 staff members for assistance and were greeted cheerfully and they were very helpful. We used self check out and made our way out. Overall great experience.

I Love this No Frills because the workers are friendly and helpful all the time. They have excellent deals each week and a good reward system. I'm especially grateful for the scooter that they do readily get for me as I have trouble being able to walk. The store is clean and the produce is well kept. They also have organic foods that I prefer in a few items that I want. Just a great store to shop at.

Watch out for signage relating to sale items because they are not related or matched. I bought 4 items I thought were on sale because the signage had same product name but sale item was for a smaller size that was not anywhere near the advertised price tag. What I bought was full price. Staff were made aware of fact. But we're silent when confronted. I should of remembered, No Frills will not be beat!
