I have been to this store many times and I will say that the employees are very kind and helpful. On the other hand, I am giving the store 2 stars because many of the products should be described as extortionate prices and are charged at a way higher rate than that of Amazon, Ebay, Zehrs and other health food stores in Barrie. For example, I purchased vitamins, tablets, essential oils(non organic)and many other items and have compared the prices to Amazon, Ebay, Bulk Barn and Metro. The prices at these stores were astoundingly lower. It is incredibly unfair and it feels as if the customers are being extorted out of their money. On top of that, I examined the prices for their hair conditioners/lotion and compared it to Zehrs and online stores. Literally a huge difference in prices. I am talking almost $10.00 in whole canadian dollars. Furthermore, if this store wants to continue in business, it would be wise for the owner to think about his/her customers and see how a customer can feel like they are being extorted out of their money. As for the people who read this, make sure you price compare, this way you will not waste money that you could spend on the poor, your family, and groceries... especially during this pandemic.
