I was surprised at the way I was talked to on the phone. Usually the service is good. When I phoned to ask if I could pick up roses the lady on the phone said "you know it Thanksgiving right? We will see what we can do." I told her not to worry and said I would go somewhere else.

I placed a Valentine’s Day (2021) order online and saw that, due to limitations of Global supplies attributable to the pandemic, that substitutions might have to be made, which was totally understandable. I selected one of the online offerings of a mixed bouquet but commented what my original request would have been. On Saturday, FEB 13th, I phoned your shop and spoke with Sandra. I had made a typographical error on the recipient’s surname and wanted to correct it. Sandra located my order (out of in excess of 200 orders), made the correction, and informed me that my original request for 2 dozen tulips with Limonium had been arranged. I offered to accept delivery on Feb 13 instead of Feb 14 but Sandra informed me that the Saturday delivery schedule was full, but that she would try. My wife, the recipient, previously owned a floral shop and I know how taxing deliveries for Valentine’s Day can be. Low and behold, 2 dozen assorted, very fresh tulips with Limonium showed up at our door early Saturday afternoon. My wife was very pleased with her flowers and remarked that they will be very long-lasting. Needless to say, I am one very pleased customer. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. They helped me choose the best flower option, provided suggestions on how to store them, and had them ready for pickup within 24 hours. We were on our way to a family reunion and popped into Evans flowers. We're from out of town and it was our first time here, we were very impressed! We were greeted by Nancy within seconds of getting in the store. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, she suggested a few different options - we ended up getting a mixed bouquet that was beautifully put together in a vase. Their prices were great, and the service was fabulous! The store was clean, and the flowers were healthy! If we lived closer, this would honestly be my go-to flower shop, but I can assure you we will be back whenever we have the chance. :)
