Vince's is kind of just a diet Wholefoods. Not really a wide selection, usually more expensive than the Foodland. Plus, if you get their pastries any time after first thing in the morning, you're definitely getting stale stuff.

This place is not child friendly at all. Their shopping carts art the tiny ones that do not have an area to place your child or toddler with straps where they can sit, I mean only every single grocery store that I can think of have real shopping carts that you can place your child in, but not Vinces. This is a first for me. Im not exactly sure what the staff or owner was thinking by deliberately not having regular size shopping carts that you can place your child in. They have small carts and tiny carts none of which have a seated area for a toddler to be strapped in. From a business stand point its a horrible move because the second someone with small children who need to be in a cart walk into Vinces they will notice there carts and will take their business else where period.

Not a great selection of products and is very expensive. It seems like any grocery store in Tottenham takes advantage of the fact that groceries aren't as accessible in a small rural area like that so they Jack up the prices. I would rather shop in newmarket or Vaughan. The trip there is worth the money you spend in tottenham

So I decided to go to this place as I was told it was a nice little supermarket and they have a fantastic bakery department. Now I understand that not all supermarkets can bake their own goods but why do they label it as Vince's own and then the bakery clerk tells us that they don't bake it in house as it gets brought in. Nice clean supermarket but this kind of bothered me just a little bit.

Nice modern looking store, but the produce could be better quality for the premium pricing. The meat counter only offers a small selection of quality meats. Also, they pre package a lot things. For example you can't buy just one red chili pepper, you must buy the pack of many, this makes waste for the customer who has to buy more than they need. Overpriced and uneccesarily fancy.

Yesterday, I found a guy shopping without a mask. He actually was behind me and I had to walk away, thinking that he might complete his 2nd shot. However, when the staff at the counter told him 'you are not wearing mask' he just said 'it's okay' I don't understand what is okay. It is not okay for me. It seems like the staffs are not willing to stop that kind of customer or haven't been trained for it. It is your choice but I hope other customers know you can encounter that kind of people not wearing mask in this store. Stay safe.

While attending your store on Friday I was so very pleasantly surprised by the first contact person who was cleaning the handles on the grocery cart as well as offering rubber gloves to anyone that wanted them. The produce section was so very well set up. Everything was fresh as well as well displayed. The store was very clean and the staff exceptional. It was a wonderful surprise to have a meat deli who actually served fresh sliced meat. I was in a bad way and needed a washroom. You have no idea the excitement I felt when I informed your toilet was available for use. When checking out of the cash, the cashier looked at the lettuce and suggested a new one as the one I had was brown. I had forgotten butter and was quite prepared to run back to get the kind I wanted. The cashier said, no, she would send one of the employees get it for me. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The only snag was a lady in the bakery who was not too interested. I have been there before me enjoyed that time as well. So, thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I do find that many items/produce are pricier if comparing to Foodland, it’s only other competition in town. However, it must also be said that produce quality is better, fresher, more variety and always impeccably stocked. I’m a big fan of the Vinces brand pasta sauce. I’m Italian and make my own pasta sauce from scratch but have had to resort to ready made on one occasion and boy am I glad I did! It doesn’t have all those spices and ingredients that Italians just don’t put in our sauce! You taste the freshness of the tomato. Nonna would approve of this product :) The Vinces brand frozen ravioli and agnolotti are also very authentic tasting. Definitely recommending ++ Last but not least, the staff, are the best! They are friendly and always helpful. The produce guys will always happily go to the back to check for whatever you want that may not be on the shelf. The cashiers, I don’t know all their names except for Mary, are so nice. They are efficient and keep everything moving along while finding the time to exchange more than just “do you need bags?”. A nice place to shop. Great selection of fresh flowers too :)

Their selection isnt the greatest. Their prices seem to be all over the place sometimes I go in there and come out with nothing with a dent in my wallet and other times I go their and buy tons of stuff and it costs next to nothing. I prefer doing my major shopping at other grocery stores. They are good for miscellaneous things.

Vince's is super clean, neatly merchandised, freshly stocked and has the friendliest staff I've come across in a long time. They're worth the extra cost for all of the above in my books (which isn't anything that drastic). Especially during this trying time, having such a great store within quasi walking distance that is still running up to par is amazing. We just took advantage of their home delivery this week and not only were they more than helpful following up with our order....everything was packed nicely and fresh...any item that was unavailable was substituted with another brand of the same quality AND the driver placed it neatly on our porch (while wearing gloves) at the exact estimated time we were given. (We were blown away, great job guys!!) We were truly impressed and grateful for this local business. It is worth saving the gas and supporting the quality and value provided by Vince's. Definitely will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you so much for your amazing service :)

I had a wonderful time shopping at this location. I've been to many of the local grocery stores in the area but this is the only one that has that "small town" vibe that tottenham needed. The customer service was wonderful (if going to bakery ask for samantha she is very helpful with the products) and i had such a pleasnt experice with my time here. i will be back
