Mostly fresh veg at good prices. I dislike that they charge tiered prices for credit vs debit (illegal practice), and in a pandemic, no one carries cash, and they have no min transaction where the fee is waived

One of the best places to buy fruits and vegetables in Little Italy.. fresh and usually best quality you can get... Loved the cherries ????

This is a fresh fruit and vegetable market, but I also come here often to browse their bouquets. There are different selections throughout the day, and I frequently see them sell out and restock different ones in the span of a few hours. Pro tip: there’s usually some additional ones inside, to the right of the door. The quality of their produce is high, and they have cheaper, marked down items available inside at a discount. Several items in the refrigerated section match, or are cheaper than the grocery stores (including dairy free yogurt, which is horribly overpriced). Onions and herbs are much cheaper than Metro! Amongst many other things. And even at a higher price, you can’t beat the local produce they bring in. I have shopped here for years, take photos often (almost daily of the flowers), and can say that I’ve never had a bad experience as described by another reviewer. They have always been friendly and kind. In regards to the comment about debit and credit fees - these are the fees charged by the credit card companies, and they’re simply passing them on to us, the consumer. It’s not uncommon for small local businesses to do. Yes, it’s covid. But they also wear gloves when handling the cash. If the fees are an inconvenience, try to grab a twenty from one of the dozen banks around College Street before you stop in. In summary: this is a better than average local produce shop that has fantastic flowers at great prices.

I’m new to the area and was initially excited to find out this place was across the street. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and I was excited to find options I could choose from there. I took a few photos of products I wanted to research to see if I could buy and eat them in the future. I was immediately asked what I was doing, why I was taking photos of things other than what I had asked about initially and told I was not allowed to take photos. I told her I was making a purchase and she said that didn’t matter. I work across the street and am looking for somewhere to purchase lunch every day and it won’t be this stand due to this invade and rude behaviour.

Garden selection is decent. Bought some milk and got home to realized it was already past the expiration date and sour. Why was it still on the shelf?

Nice little corner store, small selection but they stock some things other places nearby don't have. Really cheap produce and herbs compared to other places nearby too!
