I will never shop at this store, after hearing they refused to allow a shopper with a full cart of groceries to complete her shopping... unless she wore a mask. If customers tell you they have a medical exemption, you are required by law, to accept that. If you don't you are discriminating.Shame on you.

This is a nice place with very fresh produce. However massive price gouging. Is this a Covid tax? Honestly, $8 for a small baggy of yellow beans? And the price to pick your own blueberries is also insanely high. However, since it is very fresh produce, gave it a 4 star rating because the corn was phenomenal but the price was borderline highway robbery. You'll probably get fresh produce here but you may not have any money left in your wallet.

No one in the store and the person behind the counter didn't come to help us locate what we were looking for, just poiiin general direction. We looked again, still didn't find and walked out. Stopped here on our way home in October and our family had fun. They have few small activities for children like feeding the farm animals and you can take pictures with their different cut out boards. They had lots of variety of pumpkins to choose from.

This is a great little market with a wide variety. The corn was delicious, the purple beats were a good deal, and there was fudge, pies, tarts, potatoes, tomatoes, spreads, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was a great experience!

I called Saturday morning to see if the u-pick strawberry fields were still open. They said yes and that there were also raspberries available now as well. So I drove over a half hour later only to find out they were closed for the weekend. Should have mentioned that important fact during the the call I would think.

Cute and quaint! They had a large selection of pumpkins/squash/gourds, and the inside of the market had tons of seasonal decorations, preserves and local goods. I docked one star since I found some products to be pricy compared to other local sellers, but overall this is a great one stop shop!

Fruits and veggies grown on their own massive backyard farm. Crops are rotated and clearly stated on the schedule with strawberries in early summer then corn in August and so on. Excellent cheese scones! Great pricing.

Bought a pint of their giant blueberries that my friends loved, completely missing and craving their incredibly smooth and delicious Maple Butter Tarts. They are my new crack. I will definitely stop by again the next time I'm passing by heading towards Collingwood. Oh and they have the cutest chickens you can feed!

Disappointing ripoff. On a cloudy day with slight drizzle in the morning and no rain forecast for the afternoon we arrived to find the u-pick was closed "due to the weather". Once we looked around the shop it became clear the real reason for the closure was that they would rather you pay $5.99 for a pint of strawberries instead of $2.99 a pound u-pick. Prices for goods in the shop have no basis in reality whatsoever. Farm markets are a dime a dozen in the Collingwood area. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

Delicious sweet corn! A cute shop to walk through with many samples available of a variety of tasty spreads. There was also a corn maze (free), friendly goat, sheep and chickens to pet (free) and feed (25¢), as well as a cool little duck race (free). Really enjoyed this little pit stop!

Love Fernwood Farms! Very fresh produce from their farm or local producers, corn to die for, the best green/yellow beans anywhere! The pies in a bag are scrumptious if you don’t feel like baking, good honey butter and delicious horseradish sauce. Watch it, though, it’s sneaky ????. I love being able to buy farm fresh within 5 miles of my home.

Complete rip off. $15.00 for 10 apples that are blemished and grown within 10 miles. Why try to support the local farmers when they stick it to you like that. Very disappointed and will be very vocal about it all winter on the chairlift.

Went to shop, told to wear a mask or I have to wait outside while staff collect my order. Told them and showed them the Declaration of Emergency was cancelled on June 9, 2021, therefore masks are no longer required. Since they wouldn't let me in their store without a mask, I walked out. The owner of this store has to get educated and so does their staff.

Poor customer service, unengaged and inflexible staff. After having gone picking here for a few years ( around 20 yrs!), the berries are still beautiful, but pricey. We may not return due to the staff attitudes we had to deal with. No info over the phone re covid protective procedures. To top things up, cashier wouldn't acknowledge our Customer Appreciation Card as he had already rang through the price. Very disappointing as we had a big pick.
