Terrible long line today. I was not able to get what I wanted. I was looking for a specific curry, that is usually available in the Longo closer to my house. Wasted my time.

Longos has reliably superior produce and a wider variety than usual stores have. They carry cotton candy grapes when they're difficult to find. Longos doesn't charge for grocery bags, and the cashiers take great care in packing your items so that cold items are grouped together and delicate produce is not squished. What I love about this location (Trafalgar and Dundas) is their clearance section. When the staff puts out new stock, they put the old stock on clearance, even if there is nothing wrong with it. A great way to get still-fresh produce at a reduced price. Check the bakery clearance section at the back by the meat, too--I picked up Country Harvest Raisin Bread there for 99 cents a loaf today.

I always find Longo's to have fresh ingredients! If I cannot find something, the staff are always willing to help! If I am looking for specific ingredients for a recipe or something out of the ordinary, I have always found it here! The bakery is also fantastic! Their desserts have always been perfect look wise, and taste wise! Ordering is also very easy and organized! I have been shopping at this Longo's location for years now, and I have never been disappointed. Definitely one of my preferred grocery stores in Oakville!!! Thank you for the kind response! Bakery Staff are never overly friendly. Today they both looked up at two of us waiting at the counter and went back to work. Someone had to yell to them to get them to come up and help us. Cashier was nice though

Smaller than Real Canadian Superstore or Walmart, but way more heart! Staff are friendly and attentive. Produce is always fresh, meat is of better quality than all the bigger supermarkets. Check out lines are never long and always find what I want.

I love their pizzas and their produce I believe Longo’s is the best when it comes to produce compared to other stores. Longo’s staff also care about customers and offer help. Yes, some may argue that they are more expensive than other stores but again quality doesn’t come cheap.

This store is a little smaller than some of the other Longos that I have been to. The staff were restocking while I was there, but this was during a busy time and made the aisles unnecessarily overcrowded. The selection was pretty good and the experience was still in keeping with the other Longos that I have been to. All in all it was a positive experience despite the feeling of being crowded or rushed through certain aisles.

I really love this Longos. Fantastic fruit and vegetables. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Always someone around if you need help. This is a premium grocery experience and yes some of the prices are slightly higher but the quality is top notch so expect a great experience, I have never gone home unhappy after my visit. Thanks to all the staff and management ???????????????? A big thanks to Josie at the flower department, amazing selection and beautiful flowers. You guys rock ????????????????

I have to say excellent customer service from the chef at the precooked meal area to the excellent cashier (Heidi) who took the time to put my meal in separate bags and tied them so no spillage....old school customer service...that is so very rare these days....well done ????????

This place has the best produce. The best antipasto items. One of the best bakeries. A lot of amazing specialty items that make cooking special. Great meal prep kits that have really unique items you're not getting at most grocery stores. They have amazing catering. They have a small international sections for Asian and Caribbean items too. A fantastic deli and artesian cheese section that is hard to beat .... Which now includes an entire plant based cheese/deli section with premium product lines like Violife and Gusta. This just goes to show they're not only in tune with the market place, but don't sacrifice quality. The service is great too. When I needed to find something last week the Meat Dept Manager went out of his way to help me search the entire store for it even though it wasn't even something in his dept.....and we found it! I LOVE this place. Thanks for being an amazing team with amazing food.

Longos has evolved from a great fruit and veggie market into a super Italian based specialty market. Choose from national brands or their own great brand of items. They have a superb desert grade balsmic vinegar, their own really good olive oil, sea salt, Himalayan pink rock salt complete with grinder and refills and numerous other products. They now make their own fresh mozzarella in house and carry an extensive selection of Jessie Tree products. Their own branded ricotta is still the only one I'll use for my cannoli and they still carry my partner's cherished mozzarina mediterranea. Go check them out; you'll keep right on going back!

Longo - This Longo store always provide the fresh food, vegetable, fruit, meat and seafood. The bakery section also has daily baked product. All the common grocery can be found. The dairy section is always stock up. There is also fast food section, that you can grab a quick lunch like hot sandwich, chicken leg, sushi and salad.

Went to buy my lunch. Got to the check out. The only "express" line was "about" sixteen items; people interpretting "about" generously. Put down my groceries and left. Clearly not a place to buy a fast lunch.

We had very bad experience today at the fruits section. They offer a bowl with some grapes for customers to sample, while my six year old son was trying to sample a few, one of their staff stopped him in a rude way. My son told me that was a 40-50 year old lady wearing glasses staring at him with “evil eyes”. I talked to their manager about it. All my friends had very good experience there with Logos however I didn’t.

Longo's Trafalgar is a good option to the Real Canadian Superstore located close by. I have no particular allegiance when it comes to grocery stores and tend to go to whichever has the better items when it comes to what I happen to be shopping for. This Longo's in particular has a very good meats section. I often make a stop here when searching for particular cuts of meat for the smoker, grill or special occasion meals. The store was recently renovated and now offers a slightly improved shopping experience.

I went on Saturday, December 23 Ave it was understandable packed. Staff members walked through the crowd in line at the registers offering cookies and other sweets to pass the time! All the employees were in Christmas sweaters! Well staffed and we'll planned for the Christmas rush! There is a Starbucks located inside.

The Pizzas taste real good for sure. We ordered 2 large pizzas - double cheese and meat lovers on 04 Jun. Whilst it was yummy, it was a bit disappointing to note that the meat lovers pizza only had pepperoni and a little bit of chicken. All other meats that used to be generously provided before were simply missing. Possibly it was the close of store hours. Had I known before, I could have just ordered a pepperoni pizza.

I actually have a longos closer to me but choose to drive 20 minutes out of my way to buy my fish and meat products. The seafood manager (not sure his name short stalky bald with a beard also leaf fan) always has answer for questions i have and if not finds out. Friendly fast service love buying my fish and meats from him. Wish stores had more people like this guy.

Simply fresh, clean and everything is according to hygiene standards. Yummy salad bar and sushi station. Fruits and vegetables always fresh. I would recommend that they add more Arabic food that could make the Joshua creek Arabic community easier such as Labanah, Arabic cheese, quality Arabic bread ...etc otherwise everything is great

Like the selection at Longos as a whole. This store ( as mentioned by some others) needs proper customer service in the bakery section ( especially the the bread counter..where they ignore you till they see you aren’t going away...happens numerous times) and in the fruit isle, were there is a rude older lady stocking the shelves. My wife tasted a grape ( one grape) from the provided sample dish when out of nowhere the older lady working there said ‘don’t make a mess, all you people just eat and make a mess’!. Angry worker (should keep her issues at home) does not make for a happy customer.

Bought Atlantic salmon from this location and it was bad, smelled like rotten cheese. I called the store manager to report it and he asked for the receipt... later he offered to reimburse me. Does not makes up for the inconvenience of having to go back to the store and the fact that my family was left without dinner. Disappointed!

Although masks are mandatory this location's social distancing is a joke, people who shop here really don't give a sh@^t .. shoulder to shoulder and total disregard for other peoples space. Didn't reallly see management around to enforce rules... people lining up at check out within a foot of each other. No wonder the Loungos in Vaughan had a covid case, they really don't care. NOT going back to this location.

Disappointed that I had to shout for service at the bakery. 3 workers there and all ignored me, one was walking around putting items on the shelf, but she saw us and offered no help even though she heard us decide on a cake. Another made eye contact with me and ignored us. Quite the contrast to the young man working the counter by the bread, who was very helpful. I come to Longo's for quality products and good customer service, if I wanted anything less, I'd go to Walmart...

Our family heard about how our close friends in Oakville were discriminated against a medical exemption and completely embarrassed in front of customers at this Longo's, what an unfortunate circumstance. Your staff needs to be trained on the Ontario Human Rights Code and our Canadian Constitution... you guys could see major lawsuits for denying service to person's with a medical disability not able to wear a mask. Learn compassion and humility. We actually enjoyed this grocery chain... not anymore! I do not recommend this location!

This is a great longos for fresh produce, and fresh food. Although I find there generic items to be slightly over priced, the freshness of their product makes up for it. Also, they have some great hot table deals, for 6, 8, and 10 dollars. You get one entree and two side items. Also, their pizza is great. Lastly, if you need some fresh seafood this is a great spot to grab it from.

I grew up with Longo's when it was just a fruit and vegitable market. Now its a full grcery store but mostly known for fresh fruit and veg. They do have a good cheese counter and a pretty good butcher. The prices are on the high side but they do offer a better class of veg over the discount stores. Worth it for the items you where freshness or a much better cut is appreciated
