Prices were good, cleanliness not so much. Thing that ruined the rating though, was my checkout experience. I had picked up a packet of ALMONDS that I am reasonably sure was on sale for $3. It scanned as $4.99. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she had someone go check the tag. He picked up a tag, carried it to the back of the store, then came back and showed me a sign that said PISTACHIOS were 4.99 a package. I was in no mood to haggle. If they cannot tell almonds from pistachios and 3 from 4.99, not sure they should be in the grocery business...

I always find the produce to be amazing quality! I have always found the parking to be very easy, shelves well stocked, and the international section to have a wide range of items that are hard for me to find elsewhere. On top of all this, I think the prices are wonderful :)

Cashiers are all terrible and not customer service based. Stood in line for 10 mins while one cashier rang a woman through with 8 items and the cashier just stared off into the distance. No hello, no hi, just "want a bag?" Other than that they have decent deals in their clear out fridge by the meat section.

An update June 7, 2019 : Purchased a watermelon, when cut it after 4days, it was all rotten inside. I was so upset. It used to be a nicely laid out store, but now lately appears unmanaged, things all over the place, have to look for items scattered all around. It used to be the cleanest store when it opened up, not sure what happened, new management or what, don't know. They can do better thus giving only 4 stars.

Probably the best place to shop for clean produce and cheaper prices. They don't have a great cheese selection or deli options but they have regular grocery and produce at great rates. And they price match!! If you want great cheese choices and deli products, go to Sobeys but be ready to pay premium prices.

As per the picture attached I witnessed one of most unacceptable food safety practices in this store. As this was happening right in front of customers service I was wondering how the food safety is respected in the storage areas behind the curtain. The clerk was wearing dirty shoes climbing the bottom cheese rack to stack items on the top shelf. These contaminated bottom shelf cheese end up in the home fridges where there are vulnerable people such as children and elders.

You can always get a good deal here, especially in Spring, when the garden is open. Most of the plants and flowers are cheaper than other groceries stores. You can find many Asian foods here with reasonable price. The environment in the store is so so...a little bit crowed and massive.

This rating is based on current situation we are all are in which is Social Distancing. This store is lacking it. I brought my mother fir the senior hour shopping and there were no crowds. It's now 8am and people are just rushing in and there is no limit to how many people are entering the store. NOT COMING HERE OR BRINGING MY MOM

Freshco is an excellent grocery store which maintains quality in all grocery items, from fresh fruits and vegetables to frozen items. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. There is an international food item aisle which caters with multicultural tastes. The prices are reasonable too.

Not too fancy, good value, overall nice experience for everyday grocery shopping. Speciality items, say like goat milk which i buy elsewhere, are not a given, it might be there but i never found it, but they carry soy or almond milk for example. Other than that, your typical large selection of regular and main stream items are available.

Ever since it’s been 24hr shop it’s gone down hill. Walked in today just before 10pm, and there was no selection. I mean bare selection for a grocery store that was once open till 11pm in the past. Quality control needs to go through there because there slacking. Walked in and right back out I went! Maybe another freshco will do the trick! Or another chain where selection is there top priority. If only I could post a picture to what I walked into!!!!

A nice grocery store with great prices. I work the night shift at my work, and I can stop here after I'm done and it will still be open because they're open 24 hours a day, which is great as not many other places are open so late (or early sometimes).

Discounted costs for exact same products priced higher at most other grocery chains. Broad selection of produce, many items that are more culturally-specific in terms of uses - which our family really appreciates, since the text nearest place to find most of those items is usually in Mississauga. Lovely garden centre.

The CLASHERS !!

It's ok. Not a lot of variety. Staff in aisles would help you but cashiers would not greet you at times. However, staff much better than Food Basics and Real Canadian Superstore Oakville.

I went to this Fresh Co after hours early in the morning 4am. It was not very well lit to say it was a 24hr business. But inside was very clean and friendly/helpful staff. Would be nice if the parking lot had better lighting. But that's my opinion. Cheers

Expired cheese for sale Shopping for our school snack program only to come across this gem - (see photo) laughing cow organic cheese triangles that expired in MARCH 2020 the date clearly says best before this is unacceptable for a store that is meant to serve its customers and school programs with groceries Would give this store 1 star

Absolutely terrible. Rob the owner is cheaping out on staffing. The line ups are more than 10 deep and no new cashiers are on the way. I had a question and i couldn't find one employee on the floor. Its like this Friday to Sunday. C'mon Flipper!

Great supermarket. The store is open late at night. A lot of vegetables and fruits. The international products are really good. Always have a good prices and offers in many products. The parking lot is big. The store have public washroom ????. The store have a garden area outside, when you can buy pumpkins ???? and plants for Falls and Thanksgiving. Really large, clean store. Management and staff are very helpful. Moreover, they generally always have what's advertised in store, which is terrific too. Extremely large parking lot is also terrific! Highly recommended!

Fresh produce, reasonable price. I don't understand if this location decided to open overnight why not they organized a simple backup system for checkout in case of 18 customer in one line with one cashier at checkout.

I have been shopping here for years. The store is well maintained. Prices are good. The produce is not as fresh as I would like. I often have to throw out things if they are more than a few days old.

Good prices, and selection is reasonably extensive, if not comprehensive. The dry goods and dairy sections are well stocked, but the deli section is limited to the prepackaged basics. Lines were not too long when I was there, but adding a fifth cashier on a Friday evening would have been helpful. I was glad to see that unlike many other discount supermarkets, the carts don't require a coin to unlock. However, a third corral for the carts in the parking lot is needed. Parking is ample both west and north of the store, although access from the main parking lot is hindered by a barricade of topsoil bags, forcing pedestrians to play Frogger between cars and soil bags.

The stores looks fairly new as a few shelf we're empty and a note saying they are merchandising. But besdes that it was a good shopping trip. No huge line at the check and staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good place for grocery shopping. Has a very good collection of International grocery items.The prices are good and the store is well maintained and groceries are neatly stacked. The store staffs are very helpful and friendly. I like the freshco chain of stores because of the variety of products they offer. There is lots of parking space available and has wheel chair accessible door for entry and exit regular in-store shopping.

Used to be 24hr, but after covid they open from 8 am to 8 pm. Never had a problem here and always find what I need! I only wish they had more employees working in the aisles to assist customers looking for items.

The main issue in this store, is the checkout wait time! It's killing anything good you see in this store, and make you decide to drive longer distance to shop somewhere else. Prices are ok, not best in market. Bakery need improvement. And they do sell beer.

I shop at this store once a week and the cashiers are usually super friendly. However while waiting in line the cashier began waving me away- motioning with her hands with a “shoo away” motion. I was confused and asked her what the problem was and she began to frantically move her hand back and forth and said, “Move. Go away.” I was completely caught off guard and looked behind me. I thought she wanted me to move out of the way but there was another customer behind waiting his turn- he looked equally as confused. I proceeded to go to another check out counter. But it was difficult as I had $200 dollars with of groceries and most lines were already full. I felt horrible going to the back of another line and waiting all over again. Another cashier may have saw the exchange and asked me to come to her counter. I asked her what the problem was and she said the other cashier was “waiting for someone and her English is limited.” While I understand English is not everyone’s first language, cashiers are dealing with customers and it requires a basic grasp of the language. The other thing was that employees were re-stocking the shelves and most aisles were jammed with guys, product and equipment. There was no way of getting through. All in all the experiences today left a bad taste in the mouth and I don’t see myself going back there.

Very weird..... they match the price with their competitor like No frills, food basics, Walmart,etc, but they refused to match price with their own (online)flyer this time. I Never had this issue before. they always match. the Lady i think it was a store manager(with Hijab) came in and was rude said she can't match the price its for the different location. upon asking that they match with other competitor and never had this issue before why not with Fresh-co online flyer?. she said she will not do here. rude very rude. not going there again.

Poor set-up in produce area. Aisles are too small. Prices are too high for such a low-end supermarket. The cheapest plastic bags EVER for your fruits and vegetables; they tear easily. Long lineups at checkout. Not enough cashiers during prime evening hours.

I like this branch. The location is very convenient and so is the parking. Interior is usually well organized and clean. They run out of vegetables pretty quick at times. Staff friendliness vary, buy mostly very good.

This is my local grocery store and I walk to it every week. The selection is very good - the organic and the international foods they carry are surprisingly diverse. They just recently renovated their produce section and it appears more open and full. The cashiers are friendly and mostly efficient and if I need someone to reach something I can't, there's usually someone around for me to ask. Very clean and well run, though occasionally the ground meat is a bit grey and discoloured, which is a bit alarming, even though the expiration date hadn't yet passed. I'd recommend this store regardless!

Diety and messy store...first time here....last time here!!! The shelves where the milk is stored is gross and there was a Discusting mope and bucket and broom and bucket near the produce area ( I was there near closing time on Sunday evening) and they were SO dirty it made me gag!

Went for some soil and plants today June 12th. They had lots of lettuce, all kinds of tomatoes, had a bunch of spices and herbs. They also have a bunch of plants. Selection and service was good

When compared to other grocery stores in the area, freshco offers good value for money. The veggies are fresh, it has decent selection of items and meat products (except lamb - as selection is limited) The store is clean, well lit and properly maintained.

Our go-to grocery store. Can get busy after work and on weekends but the cashiers are quick and observant. Produce not always 100% but it's a discount supermarket after all, and 9/10 times it's great. Best of all: they take VISA, price match, and are open 24 hrs.

Great selection. Good prices. However, its insanity with the crowds of rude people during peak hours. Hold onto your small children (and Grandma) when you cross the parking lot. A delight to shop at in the night time. They have beer.

I like the store as it has variety and is super big with plenty deals .But as a customer i have a hard time opening the plastic bags for fresh produce it really spoils the experience .Trust me many other customers have same problem with bags as we laugh how hard it is to open them . Also at times interns or fresh recruits aren't patient with customers especially at self check out.overall good.

Love this place because it's 24hours but they need to have more than one cashier on the late night shift. Its great for busy people or people who can't get to the store before 10 but it sucks when there are 8 people waiting in line for one cashier. If Freshco is listening Please Please have one other person on standby to help relieve the one lone cashier. Otherwise 5☆

We decided to check out this grocery store while in the area. My brother in law found this store to be bigger compared to other FreshCo stores he has been into. I bought lean ground chicken because it was a good sale like 50% off other stores. Surprisingly the asian noodles was priced lower than those in asian grocery stores that we also bought some. This store is big, clean and well stocked.
