Didn't welcome us didn't ask if we needed help with anything for several minutes and as we were looking through the books on the counter of burgers wings and desserts just took them away and threw them under the counter. Unimpressed. I haven't been to the store since it changed hands, and going in today, I didn't find the staff helpful or attentive. Looking for haddock, I asked what they had. She 'pointed'. I noticed three different styles of haddock - I asked for the difference in the three. Her simple answer "they're all battered' . Duh - I get it - but what was the difference? Instead of being informative about your product, she put all three packages on the counter and waited until I read the labels. Wow - What a difference in service. - less service, higher price, fancy packaging. Anyhow, my suggestion? Eliminate the counter and make the whole store self-serve. You don't need a counter person to do what I could have done myself.

We just had the Buffalo wings. They are extremely salty. I had to peel off the skin to reduce some of the salt but my mouth burned from the salt overdose. 1 wing is 10%+ of your daily salt. 10 wings is 100% + of your daily reommended salt allowance.

The people are nice , but the products are way over priced . , Also stay away from the barbeque wings , I don't know what or why they are always broken bones , too small and some barely have meat on them . I figured it could be just a batch but after going through 4 boxes on different times bought I have decided no more of this rip off. They say they would take my return but with this covid 19 I highly doubt it and they will probably change that rule soon. If you do buy them rip open the box and check the wings in the bag and look at the size . They do not look like regular sized wings. .

Went in to buy some things and was denied because I wasn't wearing a mask. Explained that I have a medical exemption, but they said they don't accept medical exemptions. Really?? So, I'm being discriminated against because of my health? It's not something that I can control. I have had no problem shopping maskless everywhere else (Walmart, FreshCo, No Frills, Canadian Tire etc.). Just M&M's is discriminating. Myself, my family and most of my relatives will never be shopping here again.

I usually go in already having a good idea of what I want after reviewing the website. I have also placed orders for pick up. Super easy. I've never had any problems with the service. Most of the food was pretty good. Chicken wings and meatballs are good, the desserts are good, the sausage rolls also good. Take a pass on the oriental party pack and the flatbreads aren't great (too stingy on the toppings), but the spring rolls are pretty good. Really convenient and tasty frozen finger foods if you're serving a crowd, large or small. I recommend checking out the selection on their website to try to plan your purchase and read the reviews of each product...some things are really good and others are really not.

Orillia store did NOT honour this statement when I tried to return a turkey breast. The one I bought was stuffed and I wanted a plain one. It was frozen solid and was transported in an insulated container. Won't take back anything that has left the store. Will NEVER shop there again!

Without reason is out of stock for several weeks of most common summer items like Oktoberfest sausage. Although adults can just find something else children are more picky. Suggesting hot sausages is not helpful. Stock your shelves or people will just find somewhere else to go.

Food tastes ok but portions are small for the price. Also, the owner has no respect for personal space. It clearly says on the front door to maintain 2 meters of space and wear a mask. He was not maintaining 2 meters, as he kept following me closely. He was not wearing his mask properly (nose uncovered). Just an obnoxious customer service experience that will prevent me from coming here again. He thinks he’s being friendly and helpful, but it’s inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Everything was easy to find,one item I had trouble with,I asked for help and was directed immediately to the product,I missed my receipt when I arrived home and thought I had lost it,but shortly afterward I received my receipt by email directly from the store,now thats what I call being looked after,thanks so much to the store owner in Welland Ontario,just one more reason to shop at M&M Meats.
