I started going here because it's the closest grocery store to where I live. I kept going there because they have a really wide selection of good, healthy food. I like going there because for a fairly small store, they have almost everything you need.

I like these guys. Very convenient grocery. Love the deli sandwiches and soups. It's a small store so they don't have everything. They do have friendly staff.

What a hidden gem! I buy bags of yerba mate here that I can't find anywhere else that's close. They have a good gluten free selection. They have quite a large variety of homemade and organic products.

Cute little market with organics mainly. Excellent choices for meat - used to have a lot more buffalo options (steaks, and ESPECIALLY liver) which I hope they get back to. The prices are a bit expensive in some ways but they have a great deli area for sandwiches, snacks and hot items. Amazing ribs and mac n cheese, soups, etc. One suggestion if its past its due date, remove it from your shelves.

Wonderful market. We shop at Queensdale a few times a week. Great produce and deli, great selection and helpful staff. I think they might have trouble hiring deli staff but all in all the best in North Van.

Great little market. Meat quality beats Safeway any day and same with the produce and the fruit. Overall this is a great little market. they have a great selection of none coke/Pepsi products (unlike main grocery stores) and just a lot of new hip and healthy items (seaweed packs are killer). Pricey compared to others but like I say you get what you pay.

This is a great little organic market at the top of lonsdale, they have some amazing sandwiches in the deli. You can put any deli meat on the sandwiches, and the bread is fantastic along with the veggie toppings. The prices in the market are slightly higher than big branded grocery stores. However the selection is great and they usually have everything I'm looking for.

Everyone working on cash, couldn’t find item on floor anywhere, no one knew where it was or helped me locate. Customer service lacking. Frustrating as I know they carry it!

The meat, eggs, bakery and vegetables are very good and worth paying for. The cashier's are friendly and fast. It's a nice local business. I was very impressed the first time I walked into this store. My son and I love shopping here for good quality fresh foods ????

Love going in here. Great for a quick shop especially but has almost everything you need for a full grocery shop. Easy parking. Excellent choice of products, organic especially. Helpful and friendly staff. Huge range of grains, seeds, nuts etc. Good to support an independent retailer but it does come at a higher cost than the chain stores.

I swore off this store a few years ago due to the incredible rudeness displayed by staff-from management down to cashiers. Recently, I found myself in the neighbourhood looking for a specific product. I thought I would give them another chance since, after several years, they would likely have new staff. To my surprise, I was still met with incredible rudeness. NEVER AGAIN. It baffles me how a store can stay in business with such a horrible attitude toward its customers.

Amazing place. Stick to the “fresh” perimeter for very competitive prices, especially considering the quality, freshness, local producers and convenience of the neighbourhood location. Yes, the aisle-items are pricier than at Wal-Mart, but there are deals to be had, and kudos on the amazing selection! Smoked tofu? Chipotles in adobo sauce? They have all my obscure favourite staples too! The deli is awesome, the produce is fresh and outlasts anything you’ll buy at the Persia markets way down to road. Check out the “enjoy today” bargain racks in back of produce, and watch for orange markdown stickers throughout the meats and cheeses for some great deals... AND YOU GET 10% OFF YOUR ENTIRE BILL WITH THE FREE PLAYCARD. Oh and the staff are lovely, there are always some cute plants or flowers to bring home... Yeah we love this place.

This is a phenomenal little gem of a market. Everything organic you could ask for and a wonderful selection of produce, meats and dry goods. You have to stop by if you are ever in the north Lonsdale area.

Pretty cute and well stocked local full serve grocery. Made to order, $7 fresh made to order sandwiches are SO good and better value than ANY franchise so go here and be fed up( 2 ways)!

There is something special and rare about a real deli counter. This one is legit. The sandwiches are large and well stuffed, the tomatoes are peppered, the service is friendly. Fantastic place.

Manager was aggressive towards my mother who is a senior and was kindly inquiring about mask protocol. I even sent in a message because during these times it’s quite serious but never got a reply. Been shopping here for years but after being told that it was “good she wouldn’t be shopping there” I will not be going here. Absolutely poor customer service and poor management.

I've reached a bit of a breaking point with Queensdale. I go there regularly to shop as I work very close by. I would go as far as to say the deli salads should never be touched because everything either tastes like fridge or is rotting (I got a greek salad the other day and the cucumber was going) (my loaded potato salad today tasted like fridge and was also off). Their ready roasted chicken was super dry. They are great for Kombucha and I've heard they are excellent for their meat specials but I've been told to watch their dates. They aren't very friendly and they are waaaay overpriced. I understand if it was quality product they were selling but they clearly aren't. I'm seriously considering never supporting them anymore whatsoever.

A nice independent grocery store with smart and friendly staff. They have a really good in-house butcher with a large meat selection, superb fresh produce, and a fantastic deli that is loved by locals as a great place to get a quick and delicious lunch or take out meals.

Unfortunately the produce section is really terrible. I have consistently received items that are old. Soft cucumber, moldy yam, bags of bell pepper that are moldy. Chard and kale with yellow leaves in the bunches or very limp. Bananas are almost always bruised before they are even ripe, green been bags that have lots of black spot on the string Bea. Somewhere along the way this produce isn't being cared for properly. I wish so much they could up there produce game because I want to buy my produce there..... After giving them many another chance and being let down FAR too often, I'm forced to drive down to Choices and support a big chain store.

I try to have at least one sandwich a week at the Queensdale Deli. Their staff if very friendly and service is quite fast, even though there's usually a lineup. Their sandwiches are delicious, with a huge array of options. Their coffee is also really good. It's a very affordable lunch, and very tasty indeed.

Great grocery store with a very local feel. Super friendly staff and the selection of products, for the size of the store, is amazing. They are pricy (would say on par with Whole Foods or Thrifty’s) for natural products but I’d rather purchase from a local business than from Jeff Bezos, so ????‍♀️. Plenty of free parking. It was a bit busy at 4pm on a Friday.

Staff are incredibly rude. Staff were having what appeared to be a staff meeting in the produce section and just blocking access. I asked if i could pass with my stroller and they looked like I'd asked them to do me a massive favour. This wasn't a one of experience, the staff just seem super mardy. One time the check out assistant was too busy talking to her manager to bother telling me the cost, she just wanted me to pay. Loblaws is better on every level.

What a neighbourhood gem of a store on upper Lonsdale. Easy to pass by, but what wonderful shopping is offered inside. Best kept secret on the North Shore for devotees of organic groceries- less expensive than the giant Whole Foods further down Lonsdale. The bulk Organic products here are thoughtfully packaged in clear containers. Wide selection of unique products- Helpful, knowledgable staff. A yummy daily soup - super, prepared n the spot sandwiches.

Best deli sandwiches, it's my go to before hitting the ski hill, or if I'm in the area. Staff is super friendly, had a car issue and a helpful staff member tried to help me out. Really appreciated!
