A place for me to buy our all time favourite, dried pakbet! These are the delicious dried veggies and okra. Filipinos have a dish called pakbet, hence our nickname, dried pakbet. Yummilecious! Really fresh and good products but really unprofessional and bad customer service in lonsdale location. I've been there a few times and unfortunately the way they behave is kind of making their customers frustratedand and in rush. The first time I was there I thought it's because of the busy time of the store, but that happened second time and third time as well. Also as I talked to other people who I know, they had the same experience as me. I hope they will improve their customer service, and I'll never go to that location again.

Had a terrible experience where the owners friend was helping herself to pieces of mango while I was filling my bags. She pulled a piece out, tore it in half and then put the half piece back in the bin. I called her out and she ignored me so I told the owner and non of them seemed to think it was a big deal. Haven’t been back since this happened and really disappointed as I love this place and now have to buy dried mango from the grocery store ????

My experience here was nothing short of excellent. I was here on a Sunday and the woman working was very kind. She wanted us to sample things which is great as most other places are stingy with the samples. I'm happy we were able to try a few things because I ended up spending about $28 and it was all worth the purchase. Everything I sampled was fresh and delicious.

They have a wide variety of flavoured roasted nuts that are reasonably fresh and crunchy. I was surprised that their crisp-dried fruits were also quite crisp despite sitting in the non-air tight display container for an indeterminate amount of time. Prices are on the steep side. Two handfuls of roasted nuts and a few slices or dried oranges costed my about $7. I found service to be a little stand-off-ish, but perhaps this is only due to running a bulk food store during a pandemic.

They roast their own nuts with skill. However, it is really the QUALITY (for me, the cashews) that is unmatched. Other retailers, including premium outlets like Whole Foods can't really touch these guys. Beyond that, staff are friendly and the store atmosphere, elegant.

I want to say something special about these guys! I placed an online order, and they confirmed and shipped my parcel rapidly. Unfortunately, the shipping company left my parcel at the wrong address and changed my status to ”delivered!” So, I couldn't find my parcel! I sent an Email to Ayoub’s Nuts. Very clean and neat place! We used to serve ourselves in the store but since the pandemic time, they changed the procedures to cope with COVID situation. They are always wearing masks! Ever since we have moved to North Vancouver we have been enjoying night time snacks and delicacies shopped from Ayoub store in North Vancouver. Every thing is absolutely delicious and the customer service is great too. They have variety of dried fruits which I find them fresh and high quality. Even during the pandemic they have been so careful about the customers health and all the Covid-19 regulations are taken seriously at their store so my mind is at ease while shopping there.Thank you for providing us with this service.

Okay. I cannot help leaving a review. I have been a customer of this brand for almost 5 years now. The quality of their nuts is pretty much always top notch. However, twice in a row, I have been having a strange experience at this branch in North Van. There is a senior gentleman who happened to help with my order. His attitude is bitter and rude. As an example, I asked the different between Gaz and Nougat. His response was as if I asked a PhD level rocket science sort of question and that it was beyond me to even hear any sort of simplified answer. The other time, I parked the car and my girlfriend went in to order nuts for us. She had basically the same unpleasant experience. It is a shame that one thinks they get to treat others in an indignified manner because he owns a nice store or something. Not to mention his below the nose mask wearing... Between their nuts that I value and serving lack of quality, I'd give mid point 3 stars.

Amazing quality of dried nuts, fruits and veggies. They have a selection of raw or roasted and flavoured nuts. All natural... They also have spices available. Their home made sweets are delish and fresh! My favourite is their chickpea cookies (which are gluten free) Their pricing is reasonable and service is always friendly. It’s my go-to place for my dried goods and Persian sweets. I highly recommend this shop.
