Wish I had the same possitive experiance as the others who left reviews. I went there looking for a coil for my sub-ohm tank and the person working there didn't know how to help me he also didn't show any inclination of wanting to help me. From the time I walked in to the time I left he looked up from his phone for maybe a couple moment. Needless to say I left feeling dissapointed. I really hope the person working there was just having an off day and I was just unfortunate to go their then.

The best in North Bay. The owner really cares about his customers and is very honest. They have a loyalty card which is great for long term customers, but he goes above and beyond with samples and other freebies for his loyal patrons. Vape outlets are a dime a dozen these days. His customer relations skills are amazing, and he stands out from the rest for a reason!

I brought my 82 year old grandmother who is a smoker with COPD to see Simon. I was looking for an alternative to smoking for her. Simon was incredibly helpful and patient with her (she’s 82, and not happy about giving up her cigs). Simon was great. He helped us pick out a vape that was simple and easy to use as well as helping her find the right “juice” flavor. He was very accommodating to my grandmother’s vape needs. Top notch service!
