My favorite stop anything health related. Super friendly and helpful staff, and their product selection and quality is by far the Best in North Bay wuthout question. And if they can, they will order/stock any unavailable options to help. natrol ksva kava is the best in the market and they stock it, along with many other popular items. Probably the only place in town that stocks empty capsules of different sizes and ingredients.

Great place to shop especially on third Wednesday of each month you can get 20% off on everything in the store except the Honey! Great knowledgeable people working in this store. Very clean and friendly environment. If you cant make it down to buy your stuff you can call.8n and pay for your purchases over the phone and pick it up at a later date.

Always warm and inviting when I pop in, a pleasure to browse the great selection of product here, and they also stock fresh honey from a local bee farm, Board's Honey Farm, which in my experience has always be fresher and considerably less expensive than that of their local competition. Lots of great product and selection, and a warm and welcoming ambiance.
