Better than most grocery stores you’ll find in towns of this size. They have quite a bit of ready-made/hot foods. Their sales can be good and they often have 30-50 percent off stickers on some of the more perishable items. They have more parking and an entrance at the back of the building

It is always good here. Nice friendly low price on most things. Just wish they would get more stake and better cuts so I don't have to drive to North Bay

Hard to navigate with all the arrows and sometimes confusing. Prices are a bit much and the staff aren't nice, but not mean. Sort of like just trying to get another day over.

What I really like about this place: their in-store baked goods and deli, and they have good produce, and their hours are very decent considering it's a store in a small town. What I don't like: selection is a little slim in comparison to other small-town grocers, and somehow, every time I've gone for just 2-3 days' worth of groceries (for a family of 4), my bill always come up well over $100. Really, the pros outweigh the cons, but be prepared to spend more than you intended.

Usually a few good finds if you are an astute bargain shopper. The store in generally clean and the staff is always more than willing to help you out. You will find a few of the typical 'dollarama items marked up a few bucks higher' scenarios though typical of Value Villages in general.

Didn't have everything l was looking to buy. APPARENTLY the Flyers are for all of Foodlands in Ontario. Which doesn't mean they will have all they products as advertised in the Flyers!! Doesn't make sense!! Why bother advertising. However, l'm guessing that goes for all Grocery Stores in Ontario that offer Flyer sale shopping. Came across this problem before at this Foodland. Secondly, was very disappointed the Cashier didn't clean the Belt off after the other customers before and after my shopping. The Belt was dirty and not sure why they Inexperience Cashier didn't have enough Common sense or experience we require it to be cleaned each time a new customer purchases food. They should use a spray bottle of cleaner to clean the Belt not a tag in solution underneath the Belt with a Rag/Cloth that one wonders how long the solution is sitting for and what exactly is the Solution. Didn't make me feel safe especially since we are higher Risk because of us being in a RED ZONE. COME ON FOODLAND GET WITH THE PROGRAMME AND KEEP IT CLEANNED PROPERLY.
