A decent Real Fruit Bubble Tea especially in an Outlet Mall and not located at the food court. There's enough room to sit inside but would need Proof of Vaccination and ID. The menu looks to be the same as the other locations. Menu is fairly easy to read for you to request the beverage of your choice. We ordered the Mango Diamond Slush and it was consistently delicious and not overly sweet. Staff are fairly quick to produce the beverages and service is not bad. Overall, not a bad location to have a beverage to walk around the outlet mall.

I have ordered two small avacado smoothie with rainbow jellies in it via Uber eats. I have tried this same a few times so I am quite familiar with their product. Unfortunately the product wasn’t even fresh at all. It has a very bad taste and a pungent smell like that of urine. I have mentioned this to Uber eats as well but they could not process it yet due to this covid 19 situation. I don’t need any sort of refund but I felt that i should post it. I have recommended the same to my friends as well and now all are disappointed. The product is there as such without being touched right now. The service right now is so disappointing. I don’t think I will neither recommend nor try it from my side because of this issue.

I visited this location last week. The staff were incredibly rude to me and all the customers ahead of me. I had to listen to the cashier argue with a customer about the wording she used to ask for her drink for almost 5 mins before I was even able to order. Staff also had extended conversations in a language other than English as if I was not even there interacting with them. They also refused to attempt to use a gift card I had brought to pay for my order and when I pressed the issue they told me the system was down even though they had made no effort to attempt to verify this on the till. Our drinks were poorly made and not at all tasty. I can't say I'll be back and I guess we will be saving our gift card to use when we are at locations in the GTA.

It's a bit of a wait cause its a long line. I gave it 32stars cause there is no phone number to the store just a call center. My husband and I got 2 taro milk tea and in the bottom were peices of metal . We tried to reach the store to warn them so no one else got hurt but we had to go through the mall administration to reach them of the danger.

Usually I pay around 7$ for a juice at this location , I came in today got 2 juices orange apple add carrot mix and lady charged me 20$ for 2 I never paid that price before ! ALSO SHE DIDNT PUT APPLE , I asked her if she did because I didn’t see her taking it out and she said yes , when I got home it was only orange and carrot no apple .She barely spoke or was overwhelmed with mixing 3 fruit ! I came here twice, first time was a bad experience as they only filled up the bubble tea I ordered HALF way. I didn't bother to complain as there were a lot of customers in line and waiting. The second time I had the same experience, the bubble tea I ordered once again was only full half way, I did tell them this time and they added a bit more. I hope I don't have to see this happen again, although the drinks there are quite tasty.

the lady that helped me order was wearing gloves while chopping fruit and also touched the cash i gave her. would really appreciate it if workers took off their gloves before handling money. Because right after she touched the money and cash drawer with the gloves on she touched the fruit again. I have worked with cash and i know how dirty it is. otherwise the drinks are good.

Just so everyone gets this clear... if you ever try the DURIAN smoothie, it is supposed to smell that way. The fruit is naturally smelly and a really strong flavour. It’s one of the most smelliest fruits. But it’s super creamy and sweet, like condensed milk. So don’t think you got a rotting fruit it’s supposed to be like that if you order it

Really fruit bubble tea has the absolute worse tapioca. Do not go if you actually like bubble tea. The tapioca isn't cooked enough. It's so chewy and dry in the middle. If you just want a smoothie or juice it's fine.

Every time i go there they always show a different attitude. Last time i got mango diamond slush a large size after making us wait for 10 mins she handed me a medium size and then i said i ordered a large then again they took another 10 mins and gave me the drink. I tried this place twice after moving to Kitchener from Asia, first time I ordered an apple flavour boba expecting “real” fruit juice and it was just over sweetened fake apple flavoured tea. Second time I ordered a small matcha milk tea, they charged me for a regular size and the matcha wasn’t properly dissolved inside my drink. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted sugar or ice so I just got a lumpy warm bitter milk matcha tea experience. Safe to say I will be steering clear of this place from now on.

Not the best of the customer service. There was no line up or rush but still the attendant was rushing and not very friendly. Drink was good but the Tapioca was very hard. In fact it was undercooked brown and not edible period. I will give them one more shot because Fresjly squeezed is reopening soon but if the service is same then that will be it The first time I went there which was 45inutes before the closing time they had nothing but fresh juices.

I am a regular customer, until today..Sept 20, 2020 at 2pm. The cashier/server was extremely rude! There was a line up of at least 23 customers, my daughter and myself included. She bluntly yelled, "No mangoes, no strawberries and no oranges!" There was clearly at least 20 crates of mangoes and a counter full of mangoes. The woman in front of me turned in horror at the volume of the cashier's voice. 23 people walked away due to her rudeness. That's 23 customers you guys lost today just because of this woman's attitude. Fire her! That is not how you address paying customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the type of staff you people hire. Whether you were short staffed or not, its rude to yell.

They claim to use 100 percent fresh fruits to make the drinks. You will find this claim to be true once you visit the store. The fragrance of freshness will stimulate your olfactory glands. Store is stuffed with fruits all over. Prices are more than what you will pay for the juice anywhere else but it is worth it as its made from fruits only and no artificial flavours or preservatives. It is located inside the mall. Store has free wifi. And a cute hangout spot. You can sit here and relax while you sip your drinks. Bubble tea is also available. Theres an option of making drinks with milk or ice. Staff is very cheerful and bears with your indecisiveness with grace. Parking is the same as for the mall. So no issues. Store is located close to the entry gate. (1st floor) Thanks. Happy eating.

I normally love this place today I purchased a large pina colada an added mango the mixture was completely off and they forgot the mango of course being as busy as they were I rushed out and didn't realize this until after I left and I refuse to stand in line and wait for someone to deal with this. I called the 1-888 number. Surprise surprise no answer looks like I will have to go back and deal with this in person tomorrow very unfortunate because I really like this place. Stop hiring children to work behind your counter.

When it's made well it's good. The only issue is the customer service. The last two times we have gone they kept giving us the wrong drink. And when we let them know they made it again and still made it wrong. All we asked for was mango chunks to be in the mango diamond drink but at the end we never ended up getting the right one.

I was very disappointed today by the customer service at the branch in Fairview Park Mall located in Kitchener ON. Without the satisfaction of paying customers no food and beverage store would be able to function. They made me a drink that tasted terrible. But they were unwilling to substitute it, and said they will double charge. I through the drink in the trash anyways. So what was the point? Love mongo diamond slushy in here, but last time it didn’t taste the same for some reason - I could taste sugar crystals and it’s not how it used to be before. Service is ok, seems to be busy when we I go there, so you have to wait for a drink a few minutes which isn’t a problem at all because the place is inviting, there are a few tables where you can wait. Clean and simple. Had mango slushy again, but this time mango diamonds weren’t ripe enough and also cutting skills weren’t too good, because some of the pieces were too big for the straw and left at the bottom of the cup.

Try their slushes/smoothies mixing different fruits. A pleasant surprise was strawberry mango. Do remember to ask for 30% sugar if you’re not into sweets though because their fruits are fresh (I.e. sweet already).

I never post reviews but I had bad experience. The quality used to be great, but as of recently, Real Fruit has failed my expectations. I ordered a taro milk tea on Sat Jul 11, and the tapioca pearls were beyond disgusting. The pearls were undercooked and extremely small compared other real bubble tea franchises. The pearls were also hard on the inside making it hard to chew. Very disappointed.

Had an abysmal experience with their service. First of all, the store doesn't have a number so you don't know how to get in to pick up your order. Called their centralized customer service. The person was rude!!! Snapping at me while barely making sense. Outright rude! Anyone who works in customer service should know how to communicate effectively and be pleasant, especially during these trying times. Last time I ever order from this establishment!!

Drinks are great as always but some of the staff has attitude. They won’t greet you, no sorry for any mistake in order. I have been to multiple locations and never had an issue with staff/order but this location has really bad staff. Some of them don’t have simple manners. I was trying to scan my card and it didn’t go through, the lady at the register just kept on staring at me. And the worst part is that the staff doesn’t have name badges on them so we know who they are. It’s good to have name badges so that nice staff doesn’t get blamed for others’ poor service.

I just ordered a mango slash, the mango at the bottom tasted terrible. It wasn't fresh at all. And the lady added too much water and ice on it ! I spent $6.77 to get a mango water ? This store is the worst that I have ever tasted. If you are looking for the good quality, go to pacific mall or Eaton center .

Worst Real Fruit location ever!!! Save your money and avoid going here. Their "signature" Mango Diamond Slush tastes like water with just some sour mango chunks. I literally watched them blend a bunch of ice cubes and fill it with water straight from the tap. All other locations their drinks taste great and like actual REAL mangos, like their name states. Lastly, on top of that their service is also by far the worst! My advice, visit any other location and actually get what you pay for...

I just left real tea bubble tea, after craving a mango slush with tapioca for weeks now... I live 45mins from this location and I really made sure the lady understood I wanted tapioca. I repeated myself 3 times before paying and after she was super rude to me saying it was extra and I needed to pay for it. Which I know and had no problem doing. Super frustrating and disappointed with my service and experience.

I ordered jasmine milk tea and iced taro milk tea. The jasmine tea did not taste good and the "iced" taro milk tea was warm. I asked for less ice and it seemed like there was no ice in there, just lukewarm tea. I'm sure other drinks would be ok, but I wouldn't know since I haven't tried. They are understaffed so service was slow.

I've been here for 21 minutes with only one person ahead of me. I ordered an almond milk tea... that's it. Then my number is skipped and customers well behind me received their drinks. I missed my bus night thinking its take 20 minutes for simple drink. For the size of the drink, it's not worth the money. Never coming here again.

We normally love coming here but since they hired a bunch of new people, they've been so rude and so unfriendly. They made our drink incorrectly, gave it to us in a broken cup which spilt all over as soon as they gave it to us and we had to ask for a new one and they didn't even make the drink properly.

I never post reviews but based on my terrible experience here I felt inclined to do so. I am already paying almost $9 for a large drink. I can buy a full meal for that much money. How dare they try and charge $0.50 if I want an extra cup on the side to share with my young child? Ridiculous policy that needs to be revisited. Lady was also extremely rude.

Nice place very clean and well put together. Friendly staff with a big smile and very helpful, explained everything about the large menu. I had what they call the “mango something slushy” with tapioca balls because I love mangoes but to be honest it doesn’t taste like mangoes. It not bad but if I just give you a taste you wouldn’t be able to tell that it had mangoes in it I think the mango chunks that are in there are sour not sweet and the tapioca balls are tasteless, I’m guessing it’s my bad luck I’ll definitely be back to try something else, I’m sure it will be better than this one.

First time visit. Have tried boba in many places. This one by far our favourite. The tapioca bubbles are very flavourful, customer service was good. We had the mango slush with tapioca, mango slush with mango fruit pieces and green tea lemon passion fruit with tapioca that case with two large chunks of passion fruit and a few slices of lemon. They were all delicious and voted our favourite so far in the city. Decor is really cute and clean. Menu display is large and bright easy to see. 10/10

Imossible is Nothing

This for sure is the worst business at Oakville Place and the worst Bubble Tea shop I've ever been too. When the business first opened it was reasonable. Now the place changes and it's a nightmare. They always have young teenagers working there who doesn't care and have no clue what they are doing. Drinks are getting more and more watered down to the point where you cannot tell whether you are drinking yellow water with ice or Mango Diamond Slush. The amount of mango pieces in largest size of a Diamond Slush is literally a tea spoon. Tapioca is cooked improperly and looks like one sticky, tasteless chunky mess that's glued together.All you get is ice /added tap water. Manager who responded to previous comments should stop lying and embarrassing himself. Have respect for your clients! We are not idiots. Writing that your product is top quality and you do your best are just empty words, that do not change facts.They are as far from the truth as it can get. Lame at best. Stop telling lies and start taking actions and making positive changes! If you can't work properly and provide what's promised close your business and do not fool people. This business should be investigated. You have no right to rip their clients off. I am well aware of my consumers rights and I've started taking measures and contacting Canada Food Inspection Agency.

dear store operator hi i came to your store today on friday 21st, the store was out of large bubble tea straws. I understand that in life these things happen but can i suggest you something in customer service, if you are out of something let the customer know that you are out of straw when they pay for the tapioca or the jellys. dont tell them at the end after the payment that they are out of large straw. such a money grabbing scam as you should know put tapioca or jellys in as we dont have any other way of getting to the tapioca or jellys with out finishing the drink with small straw and opening the seal and eating it. thank you for the kind word said to me when i asked for refund. the whole point of bubble tea is to have the bubble with your drink
