Fudge tastes lovely, but if you are buying 2 slabs for delivery and expect that the almost $14 with tax cost of "Expedited shipping" is gonna get it to a loved one quickly then don't bother. Was disappointed that it took 5 business days for "expedited" delivery. Price for fudge was very good - just shipping cost was way out of whack for time it took ...and no explanation or apology for delay. :(

Since Niagara on the lake is a pioneer town this place still makes their fudge with old home style with cauldrans and paddles. There is a lot of store front promotions available at all times and the choices are amazingly innumerable.

I orders some fudge from them today for the first time, because I am in the niagara region it came within 1 to two hours which was faster than I expected. The man the delivered it was really friendly, and they were packages very nicely. I got the irish cream, chocolate peanut butter, cookies and cream, rum and raisin, butter tart, and pralines and cream, tasted a bit of all of them and they are great, I will be cutting them up and serving them at a birthday party and will highly recommend this place.

I have been going here for a fudge fix for well over 10 years now. I cannot find a fudge that compares in flavour and consistency. So soft. Melts in your mouth. There isn't a flavour that tasty. AND they will always let you have a taste before you buy. Great staff!

We went in on a Monday, the owners were super sweet and hilarious!! We got half of chocolate orange and half of maple walnut. I have to say, I’ve tried many fudge stores but this by far has been our favourite!! Can’t wait to be back!Definitely highly recommend!

Their fudge is delicious. You can buy them by half or full pieces. My favourite flavour is the Maple Chocolate Swirl. The staff is a little intimidating since she doesn't smile and doesn't come off as friendly.

One of our faves in NOTL. Beautiful town and a great place to pick up the best fudge in the world. Not cheap and don’t expect great service bc the staff is not very friendly. But their product speaks volumes.

The wife and I wanted to check out this store and the moment we walked in we were literally kicked out. The rude old woman behind the counter told us we weren't allowed inside the store and to wait by the door if we were picking up an order. We didn't understand why and then clicked that it there wasn't any in-store shopping allowed. The worker didn't tell us that but rather rudely and basically, told us to leave. If she had informed us in a professional and kinder manner I wouldn't be so upset. But to say that to me and my family when my child is there I will not stand for it. There were no signs stating in-store shopping wasn't allowed or that it was online pick up only. This woman needs to work on her customer service skills. I don't care if this pandemic has people getting upset but you're at work; keep your personal problems at home. A lesson or two on how to treat people wouldn't hurt. In response to the owner: it's not the fact that we weren't allowed to shop in-store because you are non-essential but the fact at how rude your staff was about it. Yes there was a table at the door but because we saw customers at the counter before we entered we thought you were opened. (Some stores have tables at the entrance with sanitizers for customers). Did we see hand sanitizers? I can't recall as the moment we stepped in we were pushed out. Instead of telling us we were not allowed inside the worker could have properly let us know that we could place an online order and do pickup. There is always a nicer way to speak to people.

I have been going here since I was little. The store is smaller than I remember,but still the best fudge I've ever had! I wish they still made the chocolate vanilla swirl fudge. That was my favourite. But at buy 2 get 1 free I usually just make it myself.

Lady working acted as if were bothering her when we walked in. Asked for a recommendation and she replied "well depends on what you like" no help at all. Seems as if she didn't want to be at work. You would think during a pandemic a place like that would be happy to have some walk in. Would definitely not be going back to this place.
