Finding Greaves Jams in Niagara on the Lake was is like finding the Holy Grail - for jam lovers. We live two hours away and can't find a great selection of their products. Only downside is that they can't provide you with samples like many of the other food stores nearby. If we could have sampled other jams, we most likely would have purchased more and given a 5-star review.

Any visit to NOTL must include a stop at this famous shop. The selection of jams jellies marmalade chutneys is huge! Plus they cater to low sugar and other dietary restrictions. They use local fruits and are experts in seasonal Jams. The perfect gift to bring home.

What a fun little store! There is a huge variety of jams and marmalades, and they even give you tastes and samples. The decorations in the window are beautiful. Located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, you cannot miss this place. If you love jam or marmalade, make sure you give this place a visit. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Every time my partner and I visit Niagara on the Lake, we always make time to pop in and stock up on our favourite jams and jellies. Oh and getting some gifts for friends and family. Beautiful shop with lots of options and all very tasty. Shop keepers are vey knowledgeable and very friendly. You can ask about their process and the difference between jam, jelly, and marmalade and they will gladly answer.

We went today to greaves and due to COVID they are limited to 8 people. Which is understandable and the situation we have at hand. So I walked in with my friends and I see there are more than 8 people in the store so I step back behind the orange line. When we step out 2 middle aged people rushed past us cutting us off and walked into the store. When we walked in trying to explain that there is a line we were confronted by the worker literally shouted at us across the store to wait behind the orange line before we had a chance to explain so it left my friends and I with a very sour taste. A lot went wrong in those couple of minutes and we were disrespected. Coach your employees and do better.

Been here before and was easy to navigate and ask questions. Last time they closed 10 minutes early and never even came to the door to tell us they were closed or why.. or when to come back... bad customer service there. The one lady even went right near the door but wouldn't look up. Update: Yes it was the beginning of COVID, but because there was nothing on your website about this yet we called earlier that day just so we didn't drive out all that way to find it closed. This being said, your jam is delicious and like I said I've had good experiences here as well.

I bought the Jam Gift Box that includes 4 different jars of jam. It was a Mother's Day gift. The box it comes in is really nice and it made the jam jars look extra fancy :) My mother absolutely loved it. She tasted 2 jams so far out of the 4 and she gives it 2 thumbs up!

Good quality fruit jams and jellies. They also come in tiny jars so one can try many flavors without spending a lot of money. Try mixing different flavors with vanilla ice cream (Strawberry is my favorite).
