I love this store! The woman is always friendly and answers questions about all of the different foods. I like to try different flavours and discovering West African food has been my newest adventure. Since I've been back she has added new shelving and products and organized everything very nicely. With the addition of some fresh vegetables for a one stop shop. The store has rustic charm and she always gives my boys a little treat if they are unruly in the store. Most shop keepers give us dirty looks but she is always smiling even when my boys are at their worst. She tells me not to worry as they are just kids.

The store is very clean and spacious. You can comfortably shop and social distance while you are there. They also have very fresh food stuff ????????

Picked up my UPS package and not sure if the lady was having a bad day, but she wasn't too friendly. A friendly smile (since she wasn't wearing a mask) would have been nice and welcoming. Looks really disorganized and dirty inside.

Very original African store with the best in African foods and condiments. Your sure to find anything you want and if it's not in stock, you probably won't find it anywhere else. The inert is very affable and is very nice and trustworthy.

Till I shop @ an African Store in Surrey and got the worst shopping experience to realise how professional and welcoming is the owner of this shop. A lot of varieties than any African Store around. Keep up your good work. Grow to control the all BC!

The store itself is fine and the woman who works there is nice enough. The only problem is getting there when its actually open. I had tried on multiple occasions during the listed open hours and it was not actually open. My package ended up getting returned by the time I actually made it in there. Frustrating.

Two encounters with this lady lead to an unpleasant experience. She was on the phone, did not greet after a quick hello. Demanded my Id to check my package. When I wanted to question Re: Info notice, she started to get verbally Aggressive. Did not wear a mask, as she was getting closer & closer with hostility. She threatened to call the police just from my inquiries. From the couple of bad experiences UPS customers have placed here already, I am totally not surprised. She is most definitely not representing UPS in a good civil manner. I really hope UPS takes everyone's complaint very seriously. Add note: Dude outside asked "If everything was ok?". As he most likely heard yelling, as she yelled at us to leave her store.

The worst service I've encountered. I had to pick up a UPS package and the lady was terrible. I absolutely hate going there. I hope UPS finds out how bad she treats their customers.

I was looking for raw African black soap so thought I'd check out this place. I was hesitant to go in as it looked boarded up but the open sign was flashing. Glad I went in, the lady there was very friendly and super helpful in explaining the different products they had as I was clueless. They had the soap but it was way too big for me ($30 block). Instead, I got a cassava stick (Chikwanga or Kwanga) and Shito sauce (similar to Satay sauce) to try.
