This place has quickly become my #1 shopping destination for produce. To think that I passed by this place for years never stopping in because I was comfortable buying from my regular stores. After stopping in once and finding a very clean and well organized store with good selection, good prices, and with a convenient location, my shopping pattern changed instantly. Their prices are great - dare I say that they have, for what I am usually looking for (Chinese veggies & seasonal fruit), similar or better pricing than what I see at T&T. They have an excellent vegetable selection, and a comprehensive fruit selection. They have a surprising number of sauces, including a good looking Doubanjiang sauce that I thought would be hard to find. They also have a meat counter, though I can't comment on it as I don't buy meat anymore. Their emphasis on junk food placement is less aggressive than most stores, which I appreciate. It also tends to not be as busy as some of the bigger stores, and I don't think I've ever been frustrated standing in line as their cashiers are very efficient. The only down side is that the parking lot is often full - there is street parking, but it's inconvenient. I now go there in the morning, in the way home after dropping the kids off at school, as the parking is never full then.

So much beautiful produce here. You can also find a wide selection Asian vegetables and specialties like local crab apples and yellow plumbs when they are in season. Large selection of harder to find meats like heads feat and tounges plus a ranged of graded ground meats and a full deli meat and cheese counter. Prices are generally better than the bigger chains. Line ups and get long though and the places seems to always be packed.

This place has also a deli at reasonable prices, packaged asian pastries, a variety of canned items, basic ingredients like pasta, pickles, bread, meat and dairy. Ì found this is a place where you get your last minute items for your basic meal such as oil, canned tomatoes, and some European items as well. It is a busy place with enough cashiers and a good size parking lot.

Langley Farm market opens at 8.30am-9.00pm every morning at the intersection of Kingsway and 12th Street in Burnaby. This shop has a variety of meat products, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and some frozen seafood. Especially the fruits and vegetables are relatively fresh. This shop is very convenient for transportation, there are many parking spaces, so I have to recommend it.

My first time here. I was pleasantly surprised! The produce is fresh and 5 there was plenty of selection, with some more rare fruits like rambutan and soursop! The prices were reasonable too! Best Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese Custard Tarts) outside of Portugal. The crust is perfectly flaky and the custard is authentic. After the closure of Universal Bakery a couple of years ago, I thought I would have to go back to Portugal to have a decent Pastel de Nata ... not anymore! This is our local. Always have fresh veggies, fruit and meat. Staff is always friendly. There's a full deli with cold meats and yummy cheese. Two things I think they could improve on, if they're looking for suggestions: More fresh seafood, and offer the vege boxes instead of plastic bags (we bring our own bags or ask for a box).

Langley Farm Market just renovated! Actually they have been making a lot of great changes in the last year. We have left and moved out of this area but any time we drive by, we make sure to stop in to pick up our groceries from here. Their groceries are so fresh and they have a high turnover in produce. So you always know you're getting a great product. They also have amazing prices to you! They also have a great staff and they are very helpful. Great job to the owners. We love this place.

Staff is frendly and produce is fresh. In summer time they do offer selection of organic and local produce! Some barries are even in recyclable containers. Unfortunately in winter times the produce choices are usually only conventional and most of it is wrapped in plastic. Also they do not charge for plastic bags. :-/

I really like this store and I go there often but the last time (yesterday) the cashier was very unprofessional. It was an older woman, named Lillybeth or something similar. She didn't answer my greetings, ignored my friendly comments to engage in some kind of communication that would distinguish us from a robots, she didn't even smile and overall acted like she is serving her worst enemy. It was so awkward. This was the first time I met her so I thought she is just a grumpy woman or her day wasn't the best. Well with the very next customer it was different story. She was all smiles, laughing and chatting on their language. This was very unprofessional from her and I hope she learns some customer service skills. She should respect all customers and have a basic manners. After all we are spending our money there ensuring her a job.

They don't look at their expiration dates. I bought 2 packets of soup that were expired in 2016 (I'm pregnant so this was a huge concern for me). I bought a pack of their chicken drumsticks which looked fine but once I opened them, theysmelled like a salty aquariam. I live right by this market so it is convenient for me to shop there but after this incident I'll never go back. I advise anyone who CARES about the food they're digesting to do the same.

The store itself is great but the COVID-19 precautions are horrible. There is no spacing in the cramped isles, no regulating the amount of people in the store, etc. Lots of COVID-19 healthcode violations.
