I shopped there for 7 years, New owner. I have cancer of the larynx. mask exempt. New owner lacked empathy ,is cruel will not serve people with medical mask exemption. Avoid this store take your business else where.

Small, friendly fruit and veg shop. Very competitive prices. You won’t find too much meat (outside of small frozen section) or grocery items here though. FYI- Parking on street is only 15 min (if you need more than that park a bit further away). Closed on Sunday and you need to spend $5 or more to use credit / debit.

My favorite fruit and vegetable market.Great prices.Everything always fresh. A few refrigerated items as well such as eggs and some meats,Kimchi. Super friendly.Plenty of weekly specials.Lots of street parking is available.Very busy on week ends.Closed on Sundays ! Lots of fresh herbs as well.

I regularly visit this location as it has lots of good fruits and vegetables at really good rates I just wish the Isles were not so small, I’m 6’4 and not a small guy so it’s really hard to navigate around this place and the till is just too crowded. I still go regularly but my experience would be a lot more enjoyable if this stuff was corrected, I’d probably stay longer and get more than just what I was visiting for as well.

Im always in stealth mode hiding under my hoody when I go there yet i'm always greeted in a friendly manner by the cashier, its a nice quiet place jampacked with good deals on fresh fruits/veggies and a small assortment of condiments tofu and frozen food. This place doesn't get the recognition it deserves , its hardly on google, I had to zoom into moody park to find it. Hence this comment. Long-live family owned businesses!

Joy’s is affordable and well stocked local grocer with organic and regular produce. In addition to produce, they sell refrigerated goods (including miso) and a great variety of banana bread. We have been shopping here for years and prefer it to nearby corporate grocery store options. The store is conveniently located in a densely populated Uptown neighborhood. While we typically walk over, on street parking is usually available.

This little store has changed for worse. The produce does not look fresh frequently and the prices are high. It is a small place, crowded and looks dirty. Staff is not friendly nor helpful. I only use this store when I have no choice or need something and don't have time to go anywhere else. When this store first opened, it was better. The owners were nice, always greeting customers, answered questions, if one arrived near closing time, they still welcomed the costumer. The current ones, won't even let you approach without telling "We are closed " . Rude.
