Last chance for ice-cream before takeoff, I mean ferry. Tasty flavours, colorful cones and friendly, smiling service. In and out, quick and easy. Recommended.

Very bad service the ice 2 scoops cost me $5.99 . I wanted to buy an extra cone so I could share it because I didn't want the 2 scoops they said even if I pay for one it will be the price of 2. So stupid and the server was so rude . We are just stopping by because is at the ferry and is very disappointing with the wait and the prices plus the bad service. If you are not happy with your job look for another one.

Annette and her team are very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We have been buying chocolates for Meredith's real estate clients the last few years at Christmas and each year they are received with rave reviews. These are the best chocolates around and you will not be disappointed. We won't shop anywhere else! Thanks Annette!

All I can say the as$hole service and attitude upon buying ice cream is just uncanny from the kid behind the counter. Can't get a scoop in a cup, can't be same flavor, can't try, If you hate your job just work elsewhere. Also if your selling loose items like cookies and chocolates some sort of container would be nice.

I tried to order a child’s size for my 2 young daughters(ages 3 and 1.5). I was told there are no children’s sizes and the smallest portion is 2 scoops. That was fine with me. I asked the lady serving us if she could just seperate the scoops, one in each cup. She told me she can’t, it’s policy. I then asked if she could just give me an extra cup and I would seperate it myself, I even offered to pay for the extra cup. She said she could not. She advised me to go to the shop next to it and ask for a cup from them. So after waiting in line for 15 minutes with 2 toddlers and paying almost 7 dollars for 2 scoops of ice cream in one little cup, I then had to go wait in line at the pizza place next door for an extra cup to split the ice cream. Who by the way, was more than glad to give me one. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve worked in numerous food establishments and have never encountered policies like this.

I am so happy I went to get ice cream here while waiting for the ferry. It was SO SO SO worth the $6. Incredible flavours, lots of variety to choose from - the pistachio and choc chunk is my favourite. Even better than the quality of ice cream was the service I received. I didn't catch the fellow's name, but hot darn, he made me feel like he had all the time in the world for my flavour decision. I absolutely will be back every time I am in Nanaimo.

Saturday, August 14, 2021. Bought 2 cups of ice cream. Got 2 cups of 1 hollow ice cream each. Looks like children size for 1 scoop and it was hollow. I hope the owner will read this. It's ridiculous!It was $7 each. Will never stop by in this ice cream place again. Used to love this for ice cream. But NO more after the experience today. Try to buy one first and take a look, this girl seems like didn't really want to be there or doing her job, she seems rushing and unhappy. Be aware before you go get the ice cream.

Ordered a caramel apple cut into slices. Once it was served all the caramel peeled off. Upon bringing this up to the staff, I was told “there was nothing they could do to help due to heat and humidity.” Three idle workers and nothing could be done to rectify my situation. Awful service. Awful product.
