When you walk in, this classy little place hits you with a wonderful calm aromatic sensation. Didn't try their tasting but brought a bottle home and made a delightful bruchetta with it. Vinaigrette was robust in flavour. A+

A store with a lot to offer. Many different kinds of quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars among other gourmet products. You can sample before you buy as well. The store has a nice, clean layout. Prices are good and the oils and vinegars are nicely wrapped in signature bags.

I went to get cooking oil today I walk in and she asked if I had used the sanitizer said I never seen it went back I had my mask on did my hands asked her if she was putting a mask on as she walks up. I asked if she was going to put a mask on and she said no. I’m have stage 4 cancer and my immune system is shot not that I should have to tell her that with what’s going on So I walked out Sad I liked there olive oil But will not be going back

I have never tasted anything as divine as the grapefruit white balsamic vinegar at Olive This & More! It is a nectar of the gods. The other infused vinegars are also amazing - especially the lemongrass mint infusion and the currant. The olive oils are gorgeous - whether buying the varietals or the infused versions. For vinaigrettes, marinades and sopped up with a good homemade focaccia - these products have changed the way that I cook!

I loved the premise. Such yummy oils and balsamics. I was able to sample and find exactly what I wanted and the prices are reasonable. The woman helping me was accomodating and so very nice. I REALLY enjoyed my shop there. I highly recommend this place!

I have a serious addiction to their olive oils and balsamics! The flavors are incredible and the quality is top notch!! I use their product on everything!! I could write a book on combinations but even better....just go talk to their very helpful and very knowledgeable staff and they will give you a ton of options! But I do highly recommend the Tuscan herb, lemon, rosemary, lime, garlic olive oils and the traditional, coconut, comice pear, oregano balsamic vinegar! They also have a great selction of products such as pasta, spices, sauces, and other olive oil related product! This particular shop has locations in Nanaimo,Qualicum Beach, and Victoria.
