Wide selection of a little bit of everything, from hard to find wines to local brew beers. Surprised to see Bear Flag white wine here as that's not always easy to find. Staff do their diligence in checking ID (a good thing) but remain very cheery and keep a natural conversation flowing.

Good prices. Staff asked for my identification which is ridiculous considering I'm a very old looking 35 year old. I left my wallet in the hotel room and had to run back to get it and of course they were closed 5 mins later when I came back. Very disappointed. I have a grizzly Adams beard and there's no way in hell I'm 18 years old I mean come on!

Once my husband and I were at the register, we were met with an older lady with grey hair who was very snarky and rude once my husband didn't have 2 pieces of ID with a signature, (although he had 4 pieces of ID in total to prove who he was). She asked him to leave (understandable, it is the law) but she was extremeley argumentative and continued to argue with me even after my husband and left the store. Two years ago, the same lady rejected my ID because my "signatures didn't exactly match" .... EVEN THOUGH both pieces were legitimate. We will not be back. There is a way to deal with customers and that is NOT it. I have told my friends and family all not to go there and will no longer be supporting this business.

Marilyn, the cashier with grey hair was absolutely awful. Terrible customer service skills, she could not manage a smile whatsoever and she treated my friend and I like criminals. I've never had any trouble with the other staff, they're lovely, but she is a problem every time I come into the store and it makes me want to avoid this place all together. I never write bad reviews, but she made me so upset that I just had to write this. Hopefully her employer sees this and offers her some customer service training. Other people have complained about her in similar circumstances.

Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the girl there appreciated my showing my ID right when I went in. For being New Year's Eve, they are even open their regular hours! I commend them for working. They had what wanted at a reasonable price (considering liquor is mostly government regulated). Plus they have a points program. Be kind to anyone working retail, especially around the holidays. Including your local liquor store peeps!!

This used to be my usual after work store, staff is typically really friends but I stopped going when an older blonde lady employee insinuated that I was an alcoholic when I was checking out. I turned 19 in June this year and have been trying a new drink every weekend, I told this to the cashier and she gave me a disgusted look then told me I don’t have to drink if I don’t want to(which I want too, thanks) and basically accused me of being an alcoholic for trying new things. I’ve warned all my newly adult friends to avoid this store now due to the incident as I don’t want anyone else feeling uncomfortable

It's has many of your favourite brands and the staff is always polite. The store is busy with customers After 5pm. Weekeends see a lot of traffic and getting around the aisle's is tight but you never know who'll you will bump into. They have a loyalty member card redeemable towards your purchase when you reach so many purchases.
