Wow, big store and selection. I have simple needs, but a good place for buying product from smaller,crafters of spirits. Have not seen so much chilled product before. Do not live in Nanaimo but will stop by again when passing through.

Fantastic experience with delivery option from the website! Ordered a bunch of singles as part of a beer advent calendar I’m making for my husband. Such a great selection, so much to choose from! The woman I talked to on the phone was so friendly and kind, great service. They went out of their way to set a delivery time that was better for me. Will absolutely be shopping here again!

Disclaimer: I am the Google Trusted Photographer that shot their virtual tour. The place is big and carries quite a selection. While doing their tour I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have been back a few times after some South African wines. I really like the building design too.

A fun and funky liquor store. Helpful staff, lots to chose from. We wanted to try something different that wasn't wine or beer. After talking to the staff and working our way through we bought a 26 of a really nice whiskey to try. The recommendation was spot of and we found a new fave! That's guys!!

I am so happy with the online delivery service Greenrock Liquor offers! A HUGE thank you to the staff who went the extra mile to gift wrap and include a card with the wine I had ordered for my mom for Mother's Day. It's tough living away especially not being able to visit often right now, and hearing how much the delivery made her day was fantastic! I will definitely be checking the store out in person when I'm back for a visit!

Bought a Fantini Montepulciano, bottle included a voucher for a complimentary wine glass. Got to front cashier and even though they didn't stock the glasses he gladly offered me another glass. Manager proceeded to come in and say that the sales rep falsely labelled things and they wouldn't be able to honor that promotion at all. I understand there may have been a mix up but I saw many other kinds of wine in the store with this voucher. She however said there was nothing they could do. It would've been basic courtesy to at least honor the promotion in some regard. I usually get exceptional customer service at this store but I may be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Really good selection here. Parking is sometimes a pain as it seems to share a lot with a grocery store. At peak times getting out of the parking lot onto the main Street can be a wait.

Home delivery for below $5 (the only one in Nanaimo). We ordered on December 24th at 1300hrs (1PM) and at 15:45 it was there. The sparkling wine we had ordered was out of stock and we received a free upgrade for an an amazing one (sparkling wine). I was really amazed by that service. Would highly recommend.

My favorite liquor store (I'm not an alcoholic). Great selection and variety, especially their wines. Even if they don't have what you're specifically looking for, they can typically order it and try to get it. Their staff always greets you and are friendly. Very helpful if you don't know what you're looking for or don't know what you want. They let you bring in your dogs or cats, even have treats for them, which is awesome.

I bought a bottle of Rum priced at 44.99 .Back home I checked my account and they charged me 56.74 $....15% out of 44.99 is 6.75 for a total of 51.75 .They overcharged me 5 $ . I called 3 times. Managers never around.Employees don't know what to do.Apparently the price tag was wrong they said. Came back after 5 days and the same price tag was still on.I don't even know why people still buying from private stores.If a gov store overcharge me I know the revenue goes to health system and education at least!! "we match government store prices" .Think about matching GOV pay and customer service first!
