The MOST EXPENSIVE supermarket in town by far. The name is a complete lie. It tricks you to believe is going to be cheap where as the reality is that some items are up to DOUBLE the prices of other super markets. I didn't find a dying lik e item tbat was cheaper than my normal purchases. Bread milk fruit vegetable . Not One on tbing. Save your money and go else where

Camden is the only reason I continue to shop here, excellent customer service and fast / polite. Also when the tills back up he always swoops in and clears the line in minutes. Speaking of tills.. Why have 6 tills? Why. Everytime I go here, there's a line to the bakery and 2 people on till. The supervisor on lottery goes on and on and asks personal questions and stalls the line every single time I'm there, how she's a supervisor I have no idea.

The cake is disgusting, normal cakes are in the freezer and when you eat them it's soggy and a little bit frozen. the box sushi is good Also the workers don't properly pack the bags, they put the cinnamon buns sideways instead of on the bottom and it gets all sticky in the bag. This has happened with more than one employee. But they are very nice.

The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and polite. I really enjoy doing my shopping here, their prices are some of the best and they get some imported goods as well. They have their own butcher and deli, their butcher is a great guy and makes the best damn meatballs I've ever had.

The name of the store and the 'No Frills' aesthetics would give you the impression that this is a cheaper grocery store, however, it's quite the contrary. If you're doing small purchases and it's conveniently close then shop here, however, for any big purchases go shopping at the north end of town.

It's a short walk from my house so I've gotten to know the staff pretty well. They're all friendly and great conversationalists. They have an amazing drink selection and a lot of interesting and local vegetarian options. My only complaint is the avocado prices are wack.

Nice selection and one can pretty much find all the options needed really.quality of goods is reasonable except for baked food including bread that I don't find on tastier side however store layout is nice and wonderful selection of imported jams and pickles is irresistible. The only reason I am trolled form going there is attitude of some of the staff specially younger ones who just want to rush you out when you are at till ...despite of carrying my own bags I never ever get asked if I want one but literally get obliged with one ...very frustrating when you are trying to do your tiny bit towards larger goal of preserving the environment. Please educate your team members. I live most of the people working towards the back of store...very easy going and friendly happy people. Perhaps a reward program to encourage customers to reuse bags and reducing usage would be a better step than trying to achieve faster check out process ...

Worst experience I've ever had there! I got my grocerys and asked if I could have refill on my soda stream canister. The cashier said " of course". She took it and I I finished paying. Another cashier came and took the canister, after a few moments I asked where I go to pick up my canister. The first cashier said, "uhm it's gone, we don't do refills here only returns." She lied to me, she told me there's nothing she could do for me, and now I'm out a canister!! She was also incredibly rude the entire transaction. What a joke.

Seems to have more fresh and local produce than the big 3. Priced generally competitive with Safeway/Saveon, so the name is a bit of a misnomer. Smaller store so less selection overall; sometimes that is a good thing. Good service and atmosphere. Convenient for those living or visiting in the South Vernon area.

Everything was extremely expensive it was like I was shopping at a 7/11. Produce was ridiculous for the wilted remnants of yard waste called produce. Deli meats were outrageous so I had to go to the cheap stuff. Wow.... Even that was crazy high..... Staff was very friendly and courteous

Buy low had a nice welcoming vibe when we entered. It felt a bit cramped but they had lots of variety. We went in for a whole chicken to roast for dinner and we found a few single birds which was a nice change, (usually superstore or Costco package 2 or 3 birds together for btwn $20 & $30). We went to check out and the clerk was friendly enough, efficient and we were out of there. It is noteworthy to say they have a large selection of British food stuffs like Walker's Crisps, Flake bars, Salad cream and Branston Pickle.

I have been in this store a couple times. I have noticed one cashier who seems to take forever to ring people through, especially when it's busy, even if the customer doesn't have a large order. I have also had an encounter with a staff member there. I don't know his name, but he had a hi-vis vest and glasses on. I saw him in the parking lot collecting carts, and while doing so, he was drinking straight out of what looked like a bottle of alcohol. Kind of not great for business if you ask me. I won't be back.

It's a neighborhood grocery store. Of course prices will be higher than Superstore and Wal-Mart. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded to try and shop during peak times as it isn't the biggest store. It's the perfect neighborhood grocery store with very consistent hours (8am-9pm daily and only closed on Christmas Day). Staff is always super friendly. I was in here for the first time since I moved and was able to pick up random OTC medicine and a couple snacks and I was good to go. The deli has expanded over the years which is nice to see.

Buy Low Foods is wonderful. The butcher dept. is fantastic. Much of the meat is prepared in house. The quality and variety is excellent. The butchers clearly take pride in their work. The bakery is also fantastic. When I toast the bakery bread at home, my place smells amazing. The cash staff is mostly excellent (there are some who are indifferent or irritated by your existence). The store is always clean and floor staff helpful. Drove past two competitors to shop here.

He is quick at scanning and getting you through the till without making you feel rushed.
