Very good customer service and high quality flowers. Good example of why you may want to choose a local business. I was way too late in getting my mom flowers for Mother's Day, so only the day after was available and I chose it for delivery. They phoned on Mother's Day to see if I wanted them delivered then as they had caught up on their deliveries. I said yes, and they got them to her. I would definitely buy flowers from them in the future. Thanks!

My experience with Balloons and Bears was great. They had lots of beautiful flower arrangements to choose from and multiple extras to add on. The flowers I chose to send to my friend for her Bday ended up looking just as nice as the picture as well. The one and only problem I had was pricing. There weren't any options that were more affordable for anyone who didn't have much money to spend. I think even just a couple smaller yet still beautiful arrangements at a lower cost would be good to have as well. All in all though it was a great experience

I have been ordering flowers on occasion from Balloons & Bears for many years for family in Nanaimo, their fresh cut flowers and arrangements have been consistently gorgeous over the years so they have my complete trust that the flowers we send will be well received. We sent flowers to my mom who was in the hospital recently and it really brightened her day as we were unable to visit due to ferry cancellations and lots of snow on the roads, Balloons & Bears got my order to her promptly even with the heavy snow, we appreciated that! I don't live in Nanaimo so I made arrangements with 1-800-Flowers to deliver flowers to my Mom for Mother's Day and they never arrived. So I called Balloons & Bears the next day & they delivered an arrangement the following day as promised. My Mom said it was the most beautiful and full arrangement she has ever received. I will never deal with a flower delivery service again and will definitely get my flowers from Balloons & Bears from now on! I would definitely recommend them!
