It's an "OK" asian grocery store. The Kim Phat chain is well known in quebec. They have about 5 or 6 different locations this one is not their biggest but believe to be one of their first. cleanliness is below the others mainly because it's location not in the most upscale neighboordhood anyways so no need for renovation i guess.
