Place is good for fresh vegetables and fruits. You can find all the asian grocery here. I also like packed food section. Place is neat and they don't sale meat. I am not sure, but I think they sale frozen sea food. They have really nice collection of rice and noodles.

The best fruits and vegetables in all the plateau or the milton-parc area combined (and great prices for that quality). I've visited almost every grocery store in those areas and some beyond, and I've never found better quality fruit/veg year round + a better shopping experience (amazingly nice staff + they play sweet classical music or jazz in the shop) + best opening hours (till 10pm almost every day of the year). Thank you marché eden! :D (Granted if you eat meat and milk products, which I don't, I've heard the prices might be expensive.)

Shopping here for years, always find the cashiers rude, arrogant and never trying to help the customers. I’d say the customer service is zero at this store. (the owners not the girls who work as a cashier) Also many of items you can find cheaper downstairs at Metro.

Mostly my all time grocery store. They have a lot of Korean related food there, like instant noodle, dumplings, spicy bean paste etc... A little bit pricey, not always have sale going on. Thry also have lunch box, sushi box to take away. Easy and simple.

They force you to leave your bag at entry, have someone handle it then customers going picking through to find their own belongings. Great timing Covid measures .They say no big bag policy but really it’s anyyyyy bag you have on you unless it’s a back pack. Imagine coming in with 5 grocery bags and your asked pls put them down. I understand these types of policy but your store is doing it in the worst type of way, and the worst timing, sometimes there’s numerous people struggling to grab there bags trying to exit putting customers and your employees who are less then a meter away from where people grab there bags. The produce is fresh and overpriced, the Asian women at the tilt can be rude, but they have excellent organic mineral water and fresh and crispy glutten-free lettuce. They have a machine to squeeze oranges and make fresh juice but the juice is exposed to the light which means that the Vitamin C is lost due to oxydation and light exposure. They also have a small shelf outside where they sell decomposing fruit and veggies and stale baked goods at a discount. You'll find better proices at Metro or on the other store on Parc avenue

Do not bother with the produce at Metro or Provigo—go to Marche Eden! The produce here are far superior to any other Montreal grocery, its fresh and doesn't hurt your wallet. There are always great deals on berries. The prepared food is also great! Try the focaccia pizza! The workers there are also super nice and helpful.

Eden has good fruit and veg, but has not taken any measures at all to use less packaging. They sell all much of the fruit on plastic trays wrapped in plastic, and most veg on styrofoam trays wrapped in plastic. Very little of this can be recycled. So they promote a 'green', organic image while being in fact worse than Loblaws, Metro, or Provigo. They should use all cardboard trays (or no trays at all) and refuse to sell products that have packaging that is not recyclable.
