Euromarche on Hyman one of the worst place anyone can buy Groceries they don't care about the customer at all, we had to wait 20 min to buy lotterie ticket ..not the first time this happen..when asked if they can send someone one employe name(Diane) started yelling "WHO DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL" after that she said " MY CUSTOMER ARE VERY IMPORTANT" ?!?!? I had to remind her that I too was a customer! she turn back and never even bother calling anyone. After calling there manager (Danny or Donald) he accused me telling lies that he has to look at camera and he was yelling on the phone. This is why store like this never last long they cannot compete with other groceries and can't have good customer service or good employees.

Be VERY CAREFUL when shopping here; the quality of the fruits, vegetables are often not the best, and sometimes even rotten or moldy. Also, be extra careful when it comes to the quality of the meat -- this location has had trouble with the provincial meat inspectors in the past! The pricing in their flyer is also not always honoured properly, nor will they offer a raincheck for items in the weekly sales flyer that are not in stock. I've even had the store manager actually argue and give me a hard time and when I politely pointed out that the meat I was purchasing were supposed to be on sale, as was stated in both the flyer and the shelf signage. Only when I firmly asked him to go check himself, he finally came back and gave his approval to the cashier, but he didn't even bother to apologize to me for his rude behaviour! The cashiers are often inattentive, as they spend too much time chatting amongst themselves and not paying attention to their clients. If you can avoid this place, do so -- it's often not worth the bother as they have seriously gone down in quality and service over the years.

I shop here often. It's close and so I rely on EuroTraché, as we affectionately call it, a lot. Best thing about this store is that the cashiers and grocery baggers don't go out of their way to make customers feel special. They are polite but they don't feel they need to stop their involved conversations between them for the sake of customers. I agree with them. Plus, I overhear interesting things from those conversations. Worst thing, none of the sign indicate where produce is from...isn't that a law in Canada that stores must indicate where fruits and vegetables are from? Annoying thing: owner or manager(?) who smokes inside the store. Isn't that illegal? Fruit, vegetables, and non-Italian cheeses are often rotten or moldy. Overall, once I've learned what to avoid, it's become my favorite store for several things on my regular shopping list.

Sometimes the produce is just not the freshest or nicest. However there are good deals on produce and cheeses. At times Organic produce at half the price of big grocery chains. I went back there to change my product and when I explained to the manager the situation, he replied: "if you don't like don't buy here". Besides, he was not even surprised that the meat was in poor condition. I am not the owner of a business but the least thing to do if a customer complains about the quality of my products is: first apologize, then show a little empathy and finally show concern for the situation. This gentleman, from his reaction of indifference made me understand that: firstly, he is not listening to the opinions of his customers and secondly, he does not mind if his products are in poor condition. It must also be said that the product's packaging date was the same as when the product was purchased. Which leads me to believe that their products, once the expiration date fails, instead of throwing away the meat, it only changes the paper and keep the product. Another clue was that usually there is a sheet of meat underneath so that it does not stick to the plastic and on this occasion, there was not the said sheet, an indication that the product had been turned back, followed up with a modification and returned to the meat counter. Il faut aussi dire que la date d'emballage du produit était la même que lorsque le produit a été acheté. Ce qui m'amène à croire que leurs produits, une fois que la date d'expiration échoue, au lieu de jeter la viande, il change seulement le papier et gardent le produit. Un autre indice ça a été que d'habitude, il y a un feuille en sous de la viande pour que cette dernière ne se colle pas au plastique et en cette occasion, il n'y avait pas la dite feuille, indice que le produit avait été retourné en arrière, suivi un modification et remis sur le comptoir des viandes. C'est sur que ces sont d'hypothèses mais moi, je ne fais plus confiance à cette place.

After calling to make sure that we can pay credit card and not cash for an online order (CONSIDERING WE’RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC) the lady nicely confirmed that credit card payments were available. 2 men show up in 2 different cars (bizarre), unannounced, demanding cash... we bought groceries online because we have 2 people in the house between the ages of 60-69, the bracket that is at risk for COVID-19. This was discouraging and upsetting. Can’t believe how frustrating that moment was. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. ALL employees and business should care about their clients and costumers.
