I stopped at sobeys Champlain to order snack trays for a wedding rehearsal party. The employees at the deli bar were exceptionally helpfull in helping me choose the right trays for my needs. When I went to pickup the trays they were all ready to go and looked amazing! Everyone loved the snacks and the party was a big success! Big thanks to the staff at sobeys champlain!

Store is always nice & clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. Prices are average, with good sales in their flyers. This store offers more variety than the store on Paul St. Although, I do shop at both of them. One is closer to home while the other, closer to work.

I loved it, though price is a bit high then walmart but the range of Natural and organic products they have here, nobody has all these products. If you are vegetarian/Vegan go to sobeys natural section and you'll find lot of stuff you can eat. Also they have good range of Asian product in international section where you can find ready to eat Indian cuisines.

One of my favorite Sobeys stores. Nice and small, nothing is too hard to find. It's set up like most, just mini. Located inside the mall in Dieppe, when it isn't covid time its always open 24 hours.. Which is awesome and very convenient. Right now the hours are still much longer than most places.. It being 10 pm close time now. This is one of my favorite places to shop. Make sure you have an air miles. If you shop here often, the points add up. They have some amazing prizes to spend your points on to!

There is a lady named Christine that works at the cafeteria/restaurant part. She is one of the rudest employees I have ever met at any business EVER! I work in the mall and my co workers and I will not go eat there for lunch if we know she is working. She was yelling at another employee today saying that if they didn’t like it they could leave. Terrible customer service!

I find the people make the place. They are very helpful and friendly. When I first visited that store just over a year ago I was new to it and in a rush. Well one of the ladies who worked there took half of my list and went and picked my groceries for me. Can you get better service?

I haven't been there inside for about 2 years. Last time I was there there were pretty big lineups without serve and not all the cashiers were there maybe you wanted to in line up was all the way to the back of the row. I would be willing to give it another try though however there is a Sobeys directly across the street as well.

Close to work for me. Open 24 hours except for Sundays overnight is the best, most convenient thing ever! I shop mainly for fresh produce and fresh meats which they have plenty in stock at all times. They support local farms during the summer and harvest seasons. Recently added a good selection of Wine and Beer, focus on the local market also.

Getting the groceries was ok. They had everything in stock that i was looking for. I did notice the sanitization sign at check out and noticed it was not done told the woman at cash she tried to tell me it was done but i watched as person in front of me paid left and i waited but no sanatizing of the conveyer belt before i loaded my groceries. If this is a new policy the all staff should be doing it every time between each customer

If i could give 0 stars i would. Went to this sobeys around 1 am because i finish work late and needed a few groceries. They immediately had security follow me. Then im at the cashier with my basket of groceries and security came to check the "price of icecream" i"m not stupid. There was 3 other people shopping who did not get security sent after them. I just so happened to be the only black person. So i guess if ur a black woman with debit card in hand your there to steal. Worst supermarket in moncton!!

This Sobeys is very clean and is huge. The selection of produce is amazing and they always have fresh salads made up for the customers. The meat here is top notch I would not buy my meat elsewhere. The floorplan is largely logical except that the milk is located opposite the entrance. Thereby forcing customers to cross the length of the harder to sell aisles to reach the most commonly staple items. Staff are courteous and helpful. S'dope.

I was there today December 10 to get a water bottle for the company I work for so I drop the old one, like I did a few times before and then pick up a new one but because the kid at the cash did not see me return the bottle immediately assuming them trying to steal from them, how humiliating this experience was I cannot even begin to describe, I even had to go and double check with another employee to see if they saw me drop the old one because he was looking right at me in the face when I did it but I guess I was invisible when I did that because he didn’t see me! I have called the store to ask to get my bottle back because it’s still my bottle that you stole from me now but nobody got back to me on it yet.

Disappointed that this Sobey's store does not take Fruit Basket or Floral orders and gift cards over the phone (that would be paid by credit card) I live in Ontario and I rely on this store for all my special occasions orders to be sent to my elderly aunt that lives in Moncton.
