Received a wonderful gift of lobster, scallops and seafood pie from a dear friend that lives in Moncton. It was so well packed by the store with proper care in using Fedex to ship out. All was still frozen arriving at my doorstep north of Toronto. The Seafood pie is amazing. Will definitely recommend a 5 star and 2 thumbs up!!!

Small shop with equally small parking lot near shady area of St George Street. Visited in Dec 2020 during covid crisis; sign in shop window said only 2 shoppers permitted in a a time, so we had to wait 5 minutes outside. Extensive selection of seafood products, fresh, Frozen, cooked, and prepared. The employee was helpful when all we said we want a variety of things for seafood chowder we were going to pack. We gave us bad of frozen white fish cut up for that purpose (cod, haddock, shrimp), carb meat, and oysters that were pre-shucked which he had to find for us. Only bottled clams we're available so we didn't get that. More exotic seafood was available and most appeared to be local. I don't know if the prices were competitive, although it seemed expensive. Recommended just for selection and service, plus supporting local, independent business.

i bought 80 dollars of lobster at the moncton fish market i thought i was getting fundy lobster cause thats what was advertised in the showcase, well got home all it was 80 dollars of soft shells , full of water and hardly any meat, decided to do my research and called collins and he informed me that their lobster do not have soft shells, false advertisement on the moncton fish market and shame on you , i will never step foot in there to support your fish market again

Horrible customer service. Ordered lobster to be delivered by an agreed upon date, was a day late. When we called to find out why the attitude was that of indifference. Had to fight for a refund (they didn't want to give us one). Told us it wasn't their problem...it was Fedex (which they coordinated) When we finally received our order it was warm. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident at that establishment sadly it was not.

My husband and me went to this place to buy 4 lobsters and shrimps. They kept those cooked lobsters in a fridge with a clear glass window to allow customers viewing. The front two lobsters were a completed full lobsters. So we bought 4 lobsters & 8 pieces of shrimps. The sales lady helped us & packing in a paper bag. Shrimps were good & no problem. However, three of the lobsters that we had had only one big front claws and one lobster had none at all !!! That’s very bad & like cheating your customers !! As we are not the locals. So I will definitely not going back!!

visited Aug 30th very very rude guy serving us at the counter......on our entire 10 day road trip through NB, met nothing but friendly and cheerful fellow Canadians, great east coast culture, great food unfortunately this guy was the exception, ordered 2 seafood cakes and 2 lobsters and asked him to half and crack for us as explained that we were on a camping trip and had no means to crack the lobster.......we received the dirtiest look and once prepped and bagged, he literally shoved it in my hands and told me to get out with a "buh bye" ps. the seafood cake tasted like crap also, mainly potatoes and batter, i would recommend avoiding this place completely
