Nice and polite but it doesn't translate into quality in anyway. Very poor arrangement skills. I am sure they try their best but the result is nowhere near the product presented in the photos. This is what an "inspired" arrangement looks in reality. (this is my third attempt and all failed)

The flowers are beautiful, but the service was rude and made me feel less than welcome. I was also given wrong and/or incomplete instructions at some point on the phone, and was later blamed for this by whoever was helping me with my order in store. Will avoid in the future.

This is not a review for the shop itself, I am giving 1 star for the dangerous driver that works for this company, tailgating and trying to run cars off the road. The speed limit says 100 km/h maximum. Company driver's should realize how bad of image they can put on a business. I apologize to the company as I do not know anything about the store or its employees that work there, my review is simply based on 1 of the drivers that I seen driving in Nova Scotia on march 1st, 2017 at 3pm then shortly after exited on exit 12 heading towards New Minas. Which raises the question why drive so dangerously to try and gain time when you are getting off the road within 5 minutes?

Terrible service couldn't tell. Me when my flowers would b delivered... Wouldn't b today on valentine's day like I was told 3 hours prior they would be...then said they could be delivered tomorrow i said tomorrow's not valentine's day would I receive a discount and she said no... And she said they had hundreds of deliveries going out today well... I a responsible business wouldn't over book there services so then other people could order from a different company so they could actually Recieve flowers on valentine's day... But apparently this company is run by greed thanks for ruining my valentines day.

Thank very much to the Ladies at MacArthurs Flower shop for taking the time and creating a wonderful early Mother’s Day bouquets for my mom and sister! I called from Alberta and spoke to a friendly and very helpful florist whom took all the time to coordinate a real awesome surprise for my family in Moncton. She helped me arrange their favourite flowers, check for stock, hand wrote cards, bundled balloons and chocolates to ensure it was perfect! I received texts and calls from my delighted mom and sister- so I know it was a beautiful gift! I would definitely call MacArthurs for any lovely arrangements as they are the best in town!! ????????????????

I would have loved to give MacArthurs a high star rate I’ve order a lot of arrangements from them in the past all the way back since high school but when I place an order you don’t tell your customer that asked if between 1pm-4pm is a good delivery time yes, if you can’t do it I’d rather be told that then receive them the next day, my daughter and myself were a little upset by this, just hope in future sales to others they could just say yes or no, not just a simple oh yes that’s no problem then wait for 4 hours call, wait another 4 but worst off is they don’t deliver until the next day past the time I had asked for the previous day, sorry but If I could rate it Negitive 5 I would, nobody likes things sugar coated, just say the truth.

Bought an arrangement for a funeral. The day of the delivery was the funeral and half the flowers were already wilted . Very disappointing for a 108.00$ arrangement. Got a call from the manager who was understanding.
