Don't eat from them they are selling a rotting food. I found on the top of my Lasagna mold food. The problem that i ate mine and i feel terrible now. Fortunately, my husband forgot his in the fridge and we found a lot of fungus and mold make me vomating. The Exp date says tomorrow? This people doesn't checked their fridges. The food that ready to eat need to be throw it in the end of the day. I will complaint to the ministry of health to stop this kind of dereliction.

Truly I find all Sorbey's on the expensive side. But I still visit this store since I have never found this store crowded like its peers and secondly I just need a single shopping cart for my twin toddlers and still better they love the experience. Ran into this employee by the cash register 'Neelam' - a super cheerful lady who ended up rubbing some cheerfulness on my my family too. Will surely be back.

My all bakery items and all Organic grocery comes from Sobeys, always in stock whether organic fruits or veges! I loved that they have properly separated organics so its easy to shop around! Didn't find the product I was looking for - took 5 employees to help me and get the answer - then no Ciabatta bread and the tomatoes selection look like winter produce... We are in the middle of the summer; produces should be bright and fresh. Staff are slow and comes with an attitude - stick to Longo's down the street.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to this store today and one of the items purchased was Peaches White Large (around .500 kg) which was priced at $2.99 per pound at the shelf. When cashier ringed it, I paid around $8.58 per kg price, came up to $4.58 in payment. Upon inspecting receipt, I returned to store with cashier acknowledging that yes it has been a mistake & customer service will be able to help. A manager (or associate) named "Ursula" helped, came with me to the shelf to see price herself and acknowledged that yes there was an error. There was a long queue so she checked with her co-worker or supervisor and looked me into the eye and said it is correct price, goodbye sir which was kind of "nothing can be done and get over with it." First of all, this is not how you rectify an error no matter how long the queue is. I am not picky about $1.5 difference that I paid extra and came back from the store since I had to be somewhere really urgent. However, it's about ethics and how you're handling the issue which is just appalling in this case.

However, I was a bit miffed that on a recent visit that something was priced incorrectly and they would not honour it because the item was no longer on sale. This sobeys on tenth line has to be hands down the best sobeys around, the ladies Anna Lisa and Judi at the hot plate area where they make sandwiches are amazinggggggggg! I'm serious when I say the nicest people in the world and help you wherever you need it, I'm buying sandwiches from them 5 days a week. When I move to Milton I will still drive to this sobeys just because these ladies have helped me so much. Sobeys needs to realize how much these ladies do, and offer Without them it would be completely different and everyone says the same thing

I went to this store yesterday because they had a good deal for beef and the beef was really good, but when i went to the customer service desk to ask for something there were 2 employees talking and I was waiting for more than 2 minutes and they didn’t even bother to tell me anything, they just kept talking so I left. Found everything I needed at this grocery store. They have a free piece of fruit (banana) for kids and a good sized specialty food section (gluten-free, dairy alternatives, etc.). They also have the basics and a great ready-to-serve section of hot food and sandwiches. There is also a small wine store and lottery retailer.

Higher prices than Metro. Decent selection of cheese. Bread selection so so. Produce section a bit 'not so fresh' or low stock, especially organics... Especially for the price! Flower section a bit sparse. Seems like every other time I go home and check the receipt I realize that I overpaid once again, even more so when the sale price advertised doesn't register in the system. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... Bottom line you pay for the 24hr convenience, since the quality and selection of foodstuff doesn't justify the premium. The store is pretty big and has a good layout and organization. Well defined whole foods and organic foods areas.

Mississauga has only one Sobeys. The Brand is synonymous with quality. Higher prices buy there are plenty of in-house deals. Just bought some high-end coffee for $1 a bag. Fruits are always fresh and colorful cakes are popular.

The store is open until midnight... when I arrived at 11:15pm the doors were shut and no one seemed interested in letting us in. I managed to get the automatic door to open enough to squeeze in. The staff seemed displeased that there were more customers arriving. They should really keep the doors open until 12am so it doesnt make people feel uncomfortable.

Great produce, so can be worth the price. Packaged goods are usually more expensive. Their in house made deli stuff and salads etc are really good though. Usually pretty clean but they should put coin deposit carts back because people are lazy and leave them all around the parking lots. They're not liabale for damage done by the carts either so just drive cautiously. They are no longer 24/7 FYI which personally doesn't bother me.

This is my pharmacy.. Friendly pharmacists (unlike the Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall nearby). Grocery is open 24 hours so it is very convenient. Because of the so many groceries within a 5km radius, (Nations, Longo's, FreshCo, Loblaw, ) , this grocery is good for quick runs.

The customer service woman over the phone on Sunday, March 7th around 4:40pm, refused to cater to my request. My request was if there was a certain product available at this location. The customer service rep was extremely rude, offensive and just being lazy at her job. Sobeys should have a better hiring process.

I really like the selection offered at this Sobeys. I usually go to the one in Milton but because of the lightlife sale, I ventured off to this location since my location had none left. I did notice that the selection was slightly different and noticed that they had lots of local products being displayed on the shelves, which is great for local companies. They also have a large section of kombuchas and gut health drinks as well as their dairy free section was larger than the one in Milton.

I may be switching to this Sobeys. They have a good Pandemic protocol. Cats are sanitized for you, attendant helps all customers with sanitizing hands. The aisles are a little wider and produce looks good. The line up at cashier was not bad. I had a good experience.

I shop here on occasion and I always seem to have a good experience. Overall customer service is great! Only concern is the lazy people that can't seem to walk 20 feet from a parking spot and there were many available. It caused a traffic problem when I arrived and again when I Left. I came close to getting hit as I walked out from the store and a car was parked near the front entrance and the driver couldn't see me nor I see them due to the lazy driver that seems to have a sense of privilege or thinks that they are special. Note... expensive cars can park in a spot just the same as cheaper ones. Cheers

No veal around 9pm, another visit. During this visit there was milk all over the cartons and I left with milk all over my hands. Before I left I informed a worker about my experiences. He actually responded with: "tell someone else because they won't listen to him..." I thought that was a poor response from someone that works in customer service. I used to buy all my groceries from here: $200/ week. I put the milk back and left the store. Over-priced as well. I'll continue to shop at Superstore, Longos & the others. That's all I have to write.

Higher prices with multiple terrible customer experiences. I usually go at 20 mins before close to grab something quick like bread, but the genius management here thinks it's a good idea to close the front door way before closing time. I also had another bad experience where I came around 10:20pm ish, and 20 mins before 11pm, there was an announcement that they will be closing in a few minutes. Ridiculous! I had to really rush my shopping, while 2 employees came up to me to warn me to get to the cashier at different times. Felt like I was in school again. High prices with bad customer service, usually understaffed, employees that harass you while shopping, why even come here? I have complained to corporate to update the hours to NOT say it closes at 11pm, but earlier. Won't be coming here again or any other Sobeys.

Nice place, good staff. The only thing that I would say is to keep an eye on the expiration date because I got screwed quite often purchasing something that was already expired (Cannes of food, milk etc...) After a while I started to mentioned this to them and started to return them as well. It was near my home so it was convenient for me to go.l shop there but I’ve learn to always look at all expiration date from there. The bathroom was not very clean either.

January 3 , 2021 at around 10:05pm : was standing in line and few persons in front was a customer without a mask. There was only 1 checkout lane available which unfortunately had a long wait time. I felt sorry for the person standing behind the ignorant and selfish customer. Came here to get groceries, not to be exposed to the virus, nor pass it along to my family who is already compromised. It’s unbelievable because a man stood at the door sanitizing everyone’s hands. Why didn’t any store associate say anything? I liked this location but this was a horrible experience.

Many years ago I shopped at this location 10th Line Mississauga, and really didn't come back until today looking for some A2 Milk because they had it another Sobeys. The store has been renovated, pretty clean. All cashiers at this location are not friendly, they are not happy. If you are going to be on the frontline in retail, smiling and being friendly is an absolute must in retail, at Sobeys, Metro or whatever store you go to. If you cannot be that way as a human being then maybe you should not be in this occupation. As a consumer my expectation is receiving friendly or happy customer service. Sobeys, please randomly check your staff are happy and offering friendly service, first experience could turn out to be the last. There are lots of grocery stores for us to choose from.

Today we celebrated our youngest sun's first birthday. When we visited Sobeys bakery last week, we read from announcement board that their bakery offers FREE birthday cake for the first year celebration! They have standard size for each boys and girls. We asked for this offer and reserved a cake for our son and today we got it for free of charge and had for our party. The taste was delicious too. Thank you Sobeys for this kind and wonderful birthday gift.

The manager here working on Sunday night at 12 December is extremely weird and troubled. Not sure what he is trying to do or prove but I came here at 10:30pm and saw him arguing with multiple customers and telling everyone to leave and was actually very angry at customers and not even hiding it. Even though he had no interaction with me but I do NOT want to be part of the business or linked to a business where they treat other customers with disrespect and no professionalism. TO SOBEY CORPORATE, if you have managers like this working for you , your brand and business will definitely take a direct hit. Their meat/butcher is not very good. I’ve asked to cut meat how I like it, and I was told they didn’t have someone trained to operate the saw. Their garden/flower area in spring is awful compared to Super Centre or Longo’s. Their ready to serve area is not as good as others;especially Longo’s. Their edge over other stores was they were open 24hrs. Now they lost the advantage being opened from 7 to midnight only. ARGH! If the store is open and the pharmacy is closed, why do they lock away the Aspirin?!

Terrible experience. Went there for a fried chicken and was told that it's going to be an hour until they are ready. So I wait an hour in the store, pick up some stuff, check the counter from time to time to see if the chicken shows up. Then I ask the person there about the bird. What do you think, they are out of chicken! I am told to come over tomorrow morning. No Sobeys, I won't come over, tomorrow or any other day.

The pharmacy here is great. However, at the store, the customer service sucks. Remember the soup nutsy? Try getting a freshly baked bread or croissants in the morning while they are ready but not packaged yet and you shall be ushered to go buy the old stock lying outside instead, sometimes even a day old. No freshly baked bread for you!! Sometimes I get lucky though. Mostly I prefer to go the extra distance to the Longos instead.

Prices at this store are outrageous. More expensive than any other grocery store including loblaws and fortinos, and they do not have fresh products or good service. I once saw a family size box of cookies on sale for cheaper than regular size and thought it was a normal sale. After I got home and already ate some, I realized the cookies had experience over a month ago. they are selling their customers expired food and trying to trick them like they are doing something good like putting an item on sale. Sobeys doesn’t really care about their customers, all they care about is making money. Every time I go here they only have one cashier on even if it is the busiest time of day. Even if they see there is a huge line, they make their customers wait instead of putting another cashier on. I’m always waiting at least 10 minutes at the check out line. Regular items that I can usually find as low as $1.50-$2 like my sons minigo’s are almost $4 at sobeys. I would recommend sobeys as a last choice resort, and I only go here for emergencies at it is 1 minute from my house.

This is our corner grocery store- we go here a few times a week. They have excellent service and many of the cashiers are very friendly and kind. The staff are diverse, welcoming and I love how they welcome the special needs community. I know it's ridiculously expensive but it's open 24 hours and that's good enough for me. I usually buy here when I'm looking for a specific thing or it's past 9pm, I usually forget stuff when I go to the regular Wal-Mart so Sobeys has my back ;)

I like to convey a big thank you to the staff at Sobeys in Brittany Glen, 5602 Tenth Line W, Mississauga, for safely retaining and returning my wallet. On 6th July 2020, after shopping at the Sobeys, I lost my wallet, and did not realize it was missing until 10th July 2020. The wallet contained all my debit & credit cards and many very important items, including some cash. We have been shopping at Sobeys for long time and been impressed by the cordial staff there. All kind, and patient and supportive people, doing the right thing. Thanks again to the wonderful staff who kept the wallet intact
