Although meat is good quality but extremely rude staff in meat section; they are arrogant and totally none professional. I asked them to make small pieces of lamb, and thin chops, but butcher responded he will only cut as they normally do. Also, no good variety of frozen naans or bread. In summary rude staff and limited variety of groceries. I am giving 2 star as meat quality was good. Owner requested to improve their service and educate their staff.

They sell rotten meat, and NEVER call in advance for meat, they will give you the worst. When they are told that they blame you for not freezing or cooking it properly. Horrible meat service, their cash service is good. However they don't take credit.

The location is both clean and old. It occasionally has excellent produce, such as vegetables and fruits. I got some of the meat they sell, and it's delicious. The meat is also halal. They sell a variety of nuts. The store accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and maybe NFC payments.

The meat at this store is excellent and of very high quality and fresh not frozen. They will cut and trim your meat according to your requirement. We purchased chicken breast and got it fillet, drum sticks, a medium tongue to cook roast tongue at home and veal for Behari kakab which was cut in strips. I was totally satisfied. I would recommend this store to any one.

I go to Kabul farms supermarket especially for my meat. When you talk about fresh tender and well tasting meat plse go to Kabul. I highly recommend them. I also buy other things there. The customer service are very polite. ????????

Nice, clean supermarket with friendly staff. They have a lot of imported items like teas, fruits, and Arabic products you might not find elsewhere. There is a butcher shop inside the store as well. They also have a small takeout section where they bake fresh afghan style naan, large -3 topping pizza for $10, typical afghan takeouts like rice and kabob dishes and they also have beef, veggie and potatoes parathas for $3.50 and $4 for the beef one. I've tried the potato one and it tasted great, real comfort food. I intend to try their pizza and other take out dishes over time.

I like this store because you can find a variety of foods that you can't find in the regular grocery store. What I really dislike about it is A LOT of there goods they're selling are expired. It's not even funny. I literally had to check everything I buy from there. When I brought this to the employees attention he didn't even care.

Price and quality is good, unfortunately my last experience with Kabul Farms was bad due to the feel of staff almost kicking us out before closing time, whereas I got into the store at 8:30 and one staff member was mopping the floor and when I walked on the clean floor with no choice of mine as there is no space to maneuver around it, the staff member was giving me the looks that I ruined his clean floor, at 8:45 they started closing the lights of one side of the store, that’s when I told my wife let’s head out, i would rather leave with my dignity. If u say you close at 9 maintain customers till 9 it doesn’t mean that u start cleaning and closing the cashier from 8:30 and blame customers who came in at that time

Looks like a small store but they really have everything from meat to pizza to produce to decoration pieces! The halal meat is fresh and reasonably priced and the staff even helps you choose your meat.

I was at kabol farms today, still the same ,I saw a man(possibly the manager of the store) he was without mask and gloves handling whole bunch unpacked breads and speaking on his phone in the same time, so go figure what a disaster is there at the time of covid 19

I have been dealing with this butcher for two years. On the whole they were pretty good. I use to only get my meat cut by a young man named Ameen. He is no longer with Kabul. Today my husband bought 10 pounds of steak. He instructed the guy to cut each one about one inch thick. What we got was 10 pounds of assorted steak sizes. To make matters worse when I called the store to ask them to correct it, I was told that they did not care whether I bought from them again or not. This is not the kind of place I can deal with again. I know I am a good customer and I deal with people fairly. So when they cheat me, truly the loss is theirs. There are many other butchers in Mississauga that will appreciate my business. Ps I am taking my business to Corsetti Meat packers on 2255 St. Claire Ave West.

Checkout staff are extremely unprofessional. They don't trust their own price tags and make you wait while they confirm things in the back. I waited 10 minutes just so the lady could confirm the meat packers priced it correctly. I won't be coming back.

Don't go there they are racists. Although wide selection of food but customer service is simply no respect to non Afghani customers. This is Canada and you should be back.

I waited in the parking lot as I had to clean the mirrors (just had the car washed). My wife walked in and returned quite quickly, empty handed. She voiced her concern of not wanting to visit again because the man behind the 'bakery counter' was looking at her in an inappropriate way and it made her very uncomfortable. Not sure why people can't just mind their own business and do their jobs. I ended up feeling bad for having not been there and this shouldn't even be a topic for someone entering a grocery store.

Extremely rude and pissed off lady @ the food corner. She was ignoring me when I asked for the menue. Even I asked the guy whether they sell the biriyani or not rudely he replied with a big NO. These morons needs to learn how to behave with their customers and need to learn the basic customer service skills as well.

Aisles are very narrow, so often there is no possibility to pass someone else. Meat is fresh, but when I bought lamb shoulder recently I even saw several hair from the fur. That did not occur previous times when we were buying meat there.

Best place to shop for any Iranian in Mississauga and Oakville, you no longer need to go to North York for your shopping. And last but not least, try their Chapoli Kabob for $3.29. It's great! Best meal you can get for this price.

Worst store ever to buy meats. Meats and other products are expired. Unclean environment as the store was dirty. Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff with no knowledge of customer service. Staff members, including butchers, does not seem to care about their customers at all and prefers to do things their way. They even argue back with you and give you bad attitude when it comes to situation that is on them. Advice: Learn to be nice to your customers, start selling fresh products and keep your store clean or there are other supermarkets out there. Hope this place faces bankruptcy and gets shut down for good.

Rude meat guys staff. If you ask them to cut a certain way, they will show you the door. Owner is busy and has no time to return your calls. Used to be a good place, not anymore.

Went there late one evening. Asked for chicken leg to be skinned and scored for bbq marinate the guy gave me the chicken legs without skinning it in a shopping bag. I noticed the skin still on and he says, "we don't take the skin of, we don't have a towel". I asked for boneless chicken breast, cut for shawarma, and the cut it into large cubes, I told him I need it cut thinly and he said " I don't want to cut my hands". I bought dates and a jar of tomato paste. The date tasted bad, the expiry on it was from a year ago. The tomato paste was moldy inside as well. Meat counter is in a rush to get you out, service in the meat counter is horrible. Girls on the cash register are nice. They only accept cash or debit. I would not go there again. There are plenty of meat stores within the area with better service and fresh meat.

I was recommended to go to Kabul Farms by a relative. The store is ok by the looks but the fruit and vegetable and dairy section was in it's awful condition. 20percent of the packages yoghurt in bottles had fungus and mold growing inside the bottles. It seems that the owner had no concern of the expiry date of the dairy products. The fruits without any refrigeration were rotting. I bought coconut and when I cracked them open they were full of fungus. I am uploading a picture of two coconuts with fungus growing all the way on them. Also, the meat isn't properly refrigerated. I did talk to one of the persons there but they did not take it as a concern. I do not know how can they maintain their selling license with these poor conditions. Any who looks smart please do not go to this store, this store is violating major health and safety rules.

Cheaters they are It was a bad experience shoping from this place. Will never ever go again. No transparency. 1. Bill will not have name of the item, instead written only "Grocery" making it difficult to find out price of item. 2. For the 5 CAD "Dates" sales lady told us this is ajwa and costs 15 CAD but when i told her not needed, she said oh sorry it is 5 dollars. 3. I asked for 2 lb meat but the person at counter said oh i cut it 3 lb so forced me to take it. 4. Lady at the cash counter will not scan the item but just enter all items as grocery item with watever price they want to charge. Will never go there again such lack of transparency and misguide.

I went to the Brampton one before on queen street but this location was way better Very informative when asked questions and very helpful to make sure the customer is informed, helped and find what they need. Worth the visit! I tried the sandwich meats here, little pricey but that’s the usual, and amazing variety of Mediterranean and eastern products and groceries! Definitely a one stop shop for all those little spices for that special extra touch. 5 stars for great customer service and variety of products.

Believe me when I say this- they have HORRIFIC customer service! I literally felt like crap when I left! Kabul Farms need to improve on their customer service if they actually want to continue expanding.
