Not exactly a one stop shop with all your needs, but of the items they do carry i haven't been able to find even comparable deals anywhere else in bridgewater. Big fan of fresh cuts.

Where can I begin. First off let me say that I’d rather be cleaning toilets than shopping. When I walk into your store I am greeted with an associate who welcomes me with a genuine smile. Not the kind of canned smile you get elsewhere. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job. You store is clean and bright. Your prices are competitive and your sales are very attractive. Your meat is locally sourced and the same with your vegetables and that means a lot to me. Tried to put this in your feedback site but was unable to get in. Keep up the good work.

Great prices on selected veggies week to week, and lower prices overall. Look for miscut chicken, fresh fish and giant naan bread packs at excellent prices. They buy from Atlantic Canada, and with customer appreciation try to keep it local.

Nice store , friendly staff. Problem is that like all stores they put things on sale but dont have it when you get there. The limit on items is a pain because if you have to come back you cant get the item for someone who was there when it wasn't available. Not everyone lives next door, it's not a barging if you have to make 2 20 km. trips or more to get it.

Food Safety

With all the great reviews it is hard to place a 1 star in this Local Grocery. But the reasons that follow are pretty self explanatory. Let’s start with your arrival into a cluster of cars parked right above a main road with very little space to park (nearly hit 2 cars just upon arrival). As soon as you enter the building is when the disaster begins. You come into a Tight entrance/exit when the screams start, to your left is a confused line up of customers waiting to pay with cashiers screaming “NEXT”. Then to your right is a hoard of customers piled into a small walkway with workers stocking in every direction. Decided to make my way to the sales pallet with the flooring covered with trampled food. Real hazard in an area like Bridgewater. Food MUST BE WASHED from this location. The smell and the sight of mould is not hard to miss. The meat section is the greatest part of the visit. Great prices and friendly staff. For a highly rated market, my husband and I expected more and were very disappointed and anxious to leave as soon as we stepped in. I’ll go to an actual farmers market next time.

What a find! moved here from Ontario 5 months ago. This is our favorite new shopping place. We just finished having the battered haddock for the first time. The friendly young girl said it was good. It's the best not making it myself anymore this is better. The freshest fruit and veggies! The only pie that I will eat is from here! The Comeau scallops are the best....... Keep up the great work!
